btw its an amazing tv!

very good price...voted hot

This would be a great deal but every store in Scotland has sold out.

have a 40" Samsung and they are superb, not disappointed with with quality at all. Only let down is sound is not as strong as a Sony but picture more than makes up for it.

hahahaha. i knew this would happen.

i paid £630 for the 37" 686 last week. it was only a matter of time before they dropped in price. i was just hoping for it to be a little bit longer than a week!

*edit*
phew. seems to be out of stock everywhere in the nottingham/sheffield area, and not available for delivery

Normally the case with a lot of things on HUKD, especially is DSG are involved.

Stores may still have stock even though you cant reserve online.

Excellent price for this TV and amazing TV. I paid just over £700 3 months ago. Showing as available to collect instore in Dundee.

fantastic TV i got mine for £636 last November and i`m amazed how well it performs!!!

sold out in london

A word of caution............I bought one of these. 18 months later it cost £238 to have repaired.

Oh, and took 15 weeks to do it.

Do NOT buy Samsung !

There's no stock anywhere near any of the major cities in the north of England (yes I know that's sad, but I was determined to find one!)

Fed up with DSG companies advertising stuff they clearly haven't got widely available...

I've had this tv for roughly a year now and it's simply the best looking tv i have ever seen.

The picture quality is stunning (certainly better than a friends Sony Bravia) and although the speakers arn't the most powerful, they still do the job.

Buy with complete confidence!

Shaun

sorry dude i just think your one of the unlucky ones. ive had a different samsung lcd every year for the last 5 years and never even had a single problem. samsung and sony are THE best tv's u can buy.

Bought this model from richer sounds several months ago (paid £699 but manage to get a 5 year guarantee thrown in at no extra cost) Very happy with this tv. and would recommend.

I bought this a few weeks ago from ebuyer.com for £800 and it's AWESOME!!!

brilliant telly...got it from JL a few months back...but its a dust magnetic....:p

SuperEd

they have collection aval in watford if anyone wants it

Most people tend to keep their TV's longer than 12 months when potential problems are more likely to arise(unlike yourself). Most would see them as at least a 5 year investment. I agree that the other poster may just have been unlucky. i suspect had you kept each of your 5 TV's longer than a year you may have had issues too.

Bah, my local store has one but I've no idea how to get it home, I don't think it'll fit in the car. What to do...

not showing up as available anywhere around West London / Reading / Watford areas

great hot

I might agree ..........................if I'd got rid of mine after one year. ;-)

Mine lasted a year and a half before it blew up.

Their customer services are the worst I've ever dealt with.

Exellent lcd tv. Well recommended. Sound aint its strongest point but picture quality is exellent.
If you are going to connect surround sound to your tv read up reviews as some people have sound sync problems.

Currys price matches pc world if they are out of stock in your area.

They have them in the Wrexham store, just wish I could convince my dad to go for this rather than a 37"!!

link doesn't work anymore (if it ever did that is)

Mines been fine so far. Had it nearly 2 years now. It's a smaller 32" version.

I think I'd still buy Samsung again though. Only having one person complain about it is quite good. You often expect more.

Cracking TV, looks beautiful and picture is excellent.. Would recommend the HT310R to go with it as the sound is a little weak and for that you get brilliant upscaled DVD without forking out for blue Ray.

if you can find this in stock it ts a great telly.well recommend it

Ha ha, so you're commenting in reliability and you get a new TV every year?! Priceless.

Also, the quality of the TV depends on the model, not just the manufacturer. Panasonic make a lot of extremely good TVs that would easily rival if not better some of Sony / Samsung's offerings.

I'm not spoiling for a debate here, but to use an analogy, you can't say every single Chelsea player is better than every single Arsenal player just because Chelsea are higher in the league.

Hot if you can get it. I would, but
a: Probably not in stock near me (these things never are!) and
b: the missus would murder me.

Great telly. Had the 46" version until I was visited by credit crunch burglars.

+1

It's a good deal, but there aren't any in stock. Tried several post codes and nothing ...

Wow - looks like another no stock DSG deal!

got this one SAMSUNG LE40A756 back to october 2008 for almost the same price, which i think is cracker !!!
