Not a proper tv buff so could go either way, seems a good price.

This impressive Samsung LE40C750 LCD TV brings the magic of 3D to your home. Its explosive Full HD 3D imagery simply bursts from the screen to put you in the action. To watch in 3D you’ll need a pair of Samsung 3D glasses and access to 3D content e.g. a 3D blu-ray player (available separately).

This TV features an integrated Freeview HD tuner which will allow you to watch subscription-free HD broadcasts. To watch Freeview HD broadcasts you’ll need to check that you can receive it in your area. Click here to find out more about Freeview HD.

A Full HD 1080p resolution and the Samsung HyperReal Engine deliver dazzling images with rich colour and vivid details. It’s a great choice for sports and action movies thanks to 200Hz Motion Plus processing which analyses and adjusts every frame so nothing goes by in a blur. The Ultra Clear Panel is also able to reduce reflection and increase contrast for a better picture.

The LE40C750 sounds great too with SRS Theatre Sound. Its realistic audio envelopes you with rich, stunning surround sound. And with discreetly hidden speakers, it’s all about the big picture.

Using Allshare (powered by DLNA) you’ll be able to transfer videos, music and photos from your compatible PC or mobile device wirelessly and effortlessly. A USB port allows you to directly connect devices and display photos and video. It’s also Personal Video Recorder ready so you can plug in a high speed USB memory drive into the USB port and record your favourite shows in HD.

Another exciting feature is [email protected] which provides a gateway to a multitude of entertainment ranging from video, music, social networking, news and games content. Simply connect to the internet via Ethernet cable or the Samsung wireless LAN adaptor (available separately).

Full HD 1080p
1080p is the purest form of high definition that a television can display. This leads to a smoother, more film-like image, which will satisfy sports and movie lovers alike. With a 1080p signal, the information that makes up an image is displayed “progressively” or all at once, rather than in an “interlaced” fashion.

Not expired, why can't i vote? its Hot...

Hot from me i want one so bad lol do i buy??

Voted hot. Lack of content due to lack of tv's in homes but by tv's being bought as '3d ready' by default this will soon change in much the same way that all tv's became 'hd ready'.

Just got a 46 LED Sammy in 3D, I would have to say its worth the plunge for 3D especially at this price, 3D is really engaging! Voted HOT!

Great deal,we jut bought the 46" samsung with free bluray player for a grand, thought that was good! This is an AWESOME televison to anyone looking for a new one!!!

Most bluray players can support 3D - take the PS3 for example. a software update made it 3D compatible.

i had the same tv from amazon last month
had a little issue with sky hd in scart 1
itermittent fault changing from scart to hdmi every 10 seconds

could of had a replacement but opted for this instead
ue46c8000 led brushed stainless steel for £1249 ater £200 cashback (£1449 before cashback) next nearest price was £1650
totaldigital.biz/ind…649

both tvs play mkvs from either usb flash drive or harddrive in either fat/fat32 and ntfs
also play 3d mkv side by side so no real need for a blu ray player, sky 3d also looks great

has anyone actually tried one these tvs , they as good as the cinema?

I checked one out at Tesco and in some ways the image seemed brighter and crisper than the cinema. Was pretty impressed by the experience and will definitely invest in the future. Would recommend you take a trip to your local shopping centre and check it out.

I want I want I want ! Anyone any idea if these are then compatible with the Nvidia 3D technology ?

i bought one a few weeks ago from richer sounds, brilliant tv, sound is a bit tinny so you need surround sound to make it better. i can confirm you get a pair of glasses in the box and redeem the other from the samsung website(which arrived within 2 days)

WOW! Hot! Order placed! This can be the wifes christmas present for me :D. Better make sure she doesnt see her credit card statement

Is the digital biz site up and runing as i cant seem to access it from here ?? I want the 8000 series at that price !

I want the 'magic' of 3D in my life, I want to wear glasses to watch TV, really I do.

I'd be careful ordering this if you are planning to sit more then 8ft away from the TV, I've got the 50" C7000 and I sit about 10" away and its fine, if the set was smaller though I'd think the 3D wouldn't give as much ompf as it should.

Hot! If you want a Blu Ray … Hot! If you want a Blu Ray playerhttp://www.hotukdeals.com/deals/samsung-le40c750-bdc5900-br-player-/781154 is also pretty toasty

Yup same TV, BR Player and Extra pair of glasses. £45 cheaper.

Isn't plasma better than LCD for 3D as it has a better refresh rate?

Good price, but once again a case of you get what you pay for - don't expect a great 3D tv for this price...

bargain price im sure it will come down further in price before xmas

would this be led backlit by any chance

ignore me obviouls its not led ,, voted hot anyway as its a good deal

LOUGHBORO GUY
