I paid under £750 back in January from … I paid under £750 back in January from Comet

You got the M series, not the newer F series. The F is a 100Hz model and gives a far better picture with SD inputs such as sky.

The M was available in early feb at £697 delivered from dixons with vouchers etc!

been looking at this for a while and ive seen alot cheaper than this m8

I think you have all got the wrong model you idiots. Get your facts straight before voting cold.

This is a HOT deal, the cheapest you will find this TV anywhere, trust me.

[SIZE=3]This is a hot deal, as it's the 100Hz version LE40F86BDX which has a much better picture than the cheaper Samsung 40" 1080p LE40M878BDX :thumbsup:

Definitely got the wrong model! This is the F86, not the M86. I have this TV & you can't get it for less than £950 (before discounts).

This is the next model up from the M86 & the picture quality shows. Also, it's one of the rare flat screen TV's that actually has decent sound as it has left & right speakers (most flat screens have then hidden on the back or bottom to save room, but then sound rubbish)

One of the best LCD TVs you can get without breaking the bank. The only ones better are the 'X' series sony's but they cost £300-500 more.

Read this review & use the picture settings suggested & you'll have a great set up…BD/

Probably too late to save the thread, but it is a good price.

yeh M is old model, this is F model, good price.
