The Ebay Samsung accessories website is run by a company called Kondor Ltd. They act as agents for many major brands. It is not Samsung itself but they sell on authentic Samsung products. kondor.co.uk/.

It is very misleading as they are not Samsung and the company is incompetent in the way it sells products. 1 in 10 of buyers gave the company a 1 star, Mainly because they received the wrong product. It appears the company deliberately sends the wrong/inferior version of the product hoping that a percentage of them wont notice or cant be bothered to complain as the items are low value items.

People should really be complaining to Samsung about the poor service from the company so that they don't use this company.

Must be nearly midnight and we are all going to turn into Pumpkins... half a terrabyte microsd card.. silly cheap... bargain!
Is this store genuinely to do with Samsung?

it does say at the top that it is a official Samsung store and they state they are located in Christchurch and I know Samsung do ship from there but could all that just be written by some iffy company.

The reason i question it is that they only have 1079 feedback at 89.9% ,which both seem very low for such a big company.

The first thing I ever bought on eBay back in 2002 was a 512MB SD card, for the same price

Cheers for the heads-up, just what I'm looking for^

Being that it's a sammy store though, does this card work at full capacity on most modern Samsung phones? I've heard cards are limited to x capacity running on certain sammy phones. Being a samsung store it would be nice if they clarified what actual samsungs the card is fully utilisable on.. I'll look into this..

^EDIT:

S7: 200GB

S8: 256GB

S9: 400GB

S10: 512GB

Source and other Samsung phones:
samsung.com/uk/…pt/

idk what happens on my S9 for example if it went over 400GB, whether it would error or possibly corrupt the card etc.. Judging by SD historically it's probably best not to go over as they can be a lot of trouble. ymmv

* Other manufacturer's devices will have their own limits so be sure to check them out

Kondor's after sales across their multiple eBay stores is poor, I had to return a faulty led cover for an s7 edge some time ago and getting the refund processed took weeks, it's like they have specific staff for specific ebay accounts, and 1 person handling returns for the entire company

Samsung (and many other companies) will only test what cards are available at the time and they will tend not to go back and retest when higher capacity cards are released, according to the list I should be limited to 256GB in my Note 8 but I'm using a 400GB card without issue.

Also as mentioned above it's not an official Samsung store, it's just pretending to be.
Oh nice! This will be ideal for my new iPhone 11 pro max 64gb that am getting for £1,149.00...oh wait it doesn't have an external memory slot
Voted hot . But no SD card slot in my Mate 20 Pro and S10 5G . I wish I can buy it but cannot find any use.

I'd buy it if the feedback wasn't so bad

Interesting, but the issue is have you actually filled the card over 300GB consistently without issue? That would be very helpful for users to know

To your other point. It would be common sense for even a 'pretend' store to provide product popular use case examples. Many Chinese and UK Ebay stores mention compatibility info as it's not only common sense info, and saves inbox compatibility queries, but more importantly for them it's basic core search / listing optimisation. (People searching for 'S9 card' or 'galaxy note memory', etc).. the results even pop up on Google and many eBay affiliated forums with targeted eBay ads etc. No brainer e-commerce stuff side, mass people knowing the store's product works on their device is good for increasing sales etc, as unsure people may not pull the trigger if they're confused re: compatibility, as a lot of people are.

They only state the maximum capacity for the sd card at the time when the phone was released
As long as your phone can read sd cards, it can read whichever card there is on market no matter what size it is
