I think it's a good price for a Micro SDXC Class10 card and have them before Christmas too.
Great if you want to upgrade your tablet's memory or as present :-)
Thanks

Ps: Gutted that I paid 23.22 yesterday!

Blast!
Just two positives would have saved the day. Hot! because its Fulfilled by Amazon & zero feedback makes my spidery senses tingle.

Any Hotukdeals members ordered this card from Alans Memory? Would like some feedback before ordering one.

This looks like a good deal thanks for sharing. The issue of fakes could be a concern for some who have been bitten in the past from Amazon market place and eBay sellers. Even sellers with plenty of good feedback can get stung with a load of what they believed is genuine memory.

Now when I see memory that is priced a couple of quid below Mymemory or Amazons 'already lower than all the other retailers' prices, it raises suspicion, which is a shame.

When it comes to buying memory at Amazon, as an insurance for peace of mind I would just buy it from Amazon themselves rather than an Amazon market place seller. I suppose if the market place seller is 'fulfilled by Amazon' then there is the ease of sending a fake back. There are tools that check if memory is the really 64gb and not a spoofed 4gb card.

I agree hence I only posted this because it's "fulfilled by Amazon" To me it gives me a peace of mind knowing it will affect Amazon reputation if it's a fake card. Don't think Amazon allows that to happen or to be associated with.
Hope this helps.

I want some of what you're on.

Ordered one but a bit scared because I checked Alan memory's other stuff and apparently the pro version is being checked by amazon as someone complained about it: amazon.co.uk/Sam…8KQ

So hope I will receive a genuine one. If not I will return it anyway..

Beware that people have received fakes, therefore, only order from Amazon direct.

Don't forget flubit

Nah. No actual need for that - it's a Samsung Micro SD card on Amazon. It wouldn't ever feasibly NOT get auto-hot. Unless no one logged in here for a month.

not that price any more

great!! cheers!!

Exactly, ordered one a couple days ago £21.99 direct from Amazon, prefer to go via them than third party when it comes to memory cards.

expired

shows as £24??

I totally agree with you. Its just not worth taking the chance [on getting a fake] for a couple quid less. I mean the photos and contents stored are far more valuable. Having previously brought a card that turned out to be fake, I now check all memory cards after purchase/before use. A good way to do this is to use CrystalDiskMark avail free from:

crystalmark.info/dow…tml

Remember to download the ad free .zip version:
crystalmark.info/red…ku.

This allows you to test the cards speeds which is usually a good indicator of its authenticity.
Generally a class 10 card is so named because they should provide write speeds of over 10MB/s

The Samsung EVO 32GB UHS-1 Class 10 benchmarks at:

20MB/s READ 17MB/s WRITE
making it a very fast card, at approx 70% faster write speeds than the old model black Samsung Class 10 cards.
Read speeds of both cards remained at 20MB/s.

See test results.

I hope this helps

I bought one of these from Amazon last week for £24

43Mb Read
20Mb Write

...in my lg g3 so pretty good.

Thanks for providing links to software for checking memory cards. Bookmarked for future reference.

I bought a 64GB Samsung micro sd card from Amazon direct about 10 days ago in some HUKD deal or other and it arrived before expected date and worked fine after checking authenticy. Don't know about this seller tho.

I wish this would work on my GoPro, why is 32GB the max that can be used

Do you know for sure a 64GB won't work, alot of companies have said their products only support upto 32GB but bigger cards do still work.

Amazon have dropped the price to £22.05 on this currently for anyone who missed the Lightening deal and still after one.
