I am quite tempted by this... *ponders*

as I don't know much about cashback and mobile contracts, is it ridiculously easy to get this money back?

Some can. When you deal with O2 directly, they credit your account in advance so you don't pay for a long time and then pay at full rate when that credit has been used up.

But others (fscking Carphone Warehouse) can require you to send back certain (irregular!) bills with very tight windows. If you miss one, you can sometimes forfeit the rest of your cashback.

You've got to remember they're in this to make money. The more they can make people mess up the process, the more money they get to keep.

Seems like a pretty good deal for a new phone!! I've had cashbacks from phones4u before and had now problems! There is a bit of paper work but the window to get that in is pretty big!

So is it just a case of returning a form when the right bill comes in?

Sorry for all the questions, I've always been PAYG

The bunff that came with my phone just said post your most recent bill and the gap was 2 months so it was really easy! Didn't matter which bill it was, think they just want proof you've still got the contract lol

£20 a month (12 months free) , leaving 6 months = £120?

£35 quidco available too so it works out at £65
