saveonsamsung have dropped the price for 5 days from £299.99 to £277.77 with free next day delivery. Its the 6 cell battery version so a pretty good deal I reckon.
Great little netbook, still loving mine after 6 months. Best gadget I've bought for years.

They did have a few pink ones in for £269 also but the black looks fab IMHO

I bought my NC10 from here and can vouch for their great delivery and general customer service.

Good price for this - and with the "proper" battery too - nice one!

Comet now have the 3 cell one for £249 in store and online.
There are probably some voucher codes out there for online too.

Battery life isn't as good as the 6 cell obviously, but it's an option. 9 cell batteries are available on fleebay.

For info, these are the model nos and battery types I was given by samsung, as I found it a nightmare working out which were 6 cell, especially online:

6 cell
MP-NC10-KA01UK
MP-NC10-KA02UK
MP-NC10-KA03UK
MP-NC10-KA04UK

3 cell
MP-NC10-KA06UK

Other people have had less than stellar service from Saveonsamsung. When things go wrong they do everything they can to weasel out of their obligations and try to fob you off onto Samsung.

Unless youre buying from John Lewis to be fair you could do a search on 99% of the other internet companies and find a negative forum posting, on the link youve posted (page 2) there are quite a few people praising their service. Youre protected by law when buying and saveonsamsung are listed on the samsung website as an approved retailer so youve got manufacturer backing also.
I'm not trying to make out they are the best but for 99% of there customers there isnt a problem.

Looks like my upvote sent this to the front page!

Hi Agnes, This is a nice link comparing the various ]samsung netbooks.I … Hi Agnes, This is a nice link comparing the various ]samsung netbooks.I think the decision making is between the NC10 and N120. I don't consider a 12" screen a true netbook, as most netbooks are 10"ish or less. Between the NC10 and the N120, i would personally go for the NC10 and have done so. Whilst the touchpad can take a little getting used to, it offers an excellent battery life and is relatively low cost.If you do go for the NC10, make sure you get the 6 cell battery - its quite amazing, the number of hours it comfortably pushes out. In addition to this, buy a RAM upgrade through crucial memory (and quidco), as it makes a difference. Very simple to access the RAM and upgrade.

Thank you so much, that link is brilliant...it even tells you which one is available in which colour! REP added

On average 1 cell = 1 hour.

3 cell = 3 hours.
6 cell = 6 hours.

Can't understand why anyone would buy the 3-cell for £249 when the 6-cell is available for less than 30 quid extra!! Even the N110 doesn't seem to be worth the extra (approx) £60; changes are nothing more than cosmetic. Same chip, same HDD, same RAM, same WiFi. Touchpad is slightly larger, screen is glossy (which is a pain in the backside in strong light) instead of matt and you get a red trim-strip instead of a silver one...

This is a good deal for a brilliant little netbook.

I've had mine since last November and I still love it.

It's going on holiday with me on Monday.

This Netbook is the dog's dangly bits, a great netbook.

Recieved mine today and realised it doesn't have a cd/dvd drive! Ha ha!

What external hard drive are we all getting?
