Was up for £349 couple of days ago and has now dropped to the new all low price of £339 with Amazon. Next best price is with Currys & Samsung at £429.
I was able to price match this Monitor with Currys and with TopCashback currently offering 10% on all online purchases with Currys to bring price down to roughly £305,10.

sorted byI know well what refresh rates and ghosting are, I am not asking for an explanation of basic specs. What I asked OP to explain to me is how your PC not being able to push 165 fps will drive the response times down up on this monitor. The original comment implied that the issue will not be apparent on higher spec PCs, which is simply untrue. In fact, the review you linked states the exact opposite - that the monitor performs badly at the highest refresh rates and improves around 100-120Hz mark.
As you say there are many factors to this and simply saying "don't get this if your PC can't do 165 fps" is misleading.
In regards to what manufacturers are quoting in their specs... this is nothing to do with the issue described on the review either. They specify the input lag in and this is nothing to do with refresh rates or response times. Input lag is down to how much time it takes for the monitor to process and display the video from the moment the signal is sent to the monitor. Eg. if your mouse has input lag of 12ms and your monitor has input lag of 6ms, the time between you clicking the mouse button and the reaction appearing on the screen will be 18ms (in an ideal world, as there are other things that can affect this). Massive difference, have a look on websites such as rtings.
The G7 isn't without its issues though. It's still the best monitor on the market sub £1000 for gaming if you don't want any black smearing and good contrast.
Price matched online and placed order online for collection. But looks like Amazon has backlog on stock but still allows to place orders on them :/ not sure if there's a term with the price match which states it has to be readily available, else could try price match form as linked in one of my comments above.
How so? Could you please explain how the refresh rate affects the input lag as I don't quite understand that bit? Most people will be running it with FreeSync/G-Sync enabled so it will go into dynamic refresh rate anyway to match what FPS your GPU is outputting.

yes but samsung would not believe me that the screen just crack by itself and the crack was from the inside not even the screen from the outside i will contact them again later idk really what to do for it🤦🏻♂️
