Bargain price for this external Samsung SSD drive, works great as main drive for Xbox One increases the speed loading times (decreases actual loading times) significantly on games too!

haha my bad! fixed it, meant to say it increases the speed of loading times
Great price. I got one of this via Amazon Italy about 3 month ago at a very similar price. This is connected to my 2013 iMac and I use as the main drive with the inbuilt hard drive used for Time Machine backups. It has made the iMac a decent bit faster in boot up and operation
Only paid £43.99 each for 4 of these from Argos in store a few months back.
I wonder in the 1TB will drop in price too

Just a normal deal, i got one too.
Does Xbox officially support SSDs? I thought SSDs needed TRIM functionality otherwise will slow down or cause excessive wear over time? (Or something along those lines).

I use a Sandisk SSD with Xbox One X.
It makes it about 15-25% faster to load the games from scratch.

Not as big increase as it was on the PC when I went from HDD to SSD.
But hopefully something that will be addressed with next gen.
Was lucky enough to get this from Argos when it was posted on here for £43.
Good fast external drive.

I also used a sandisk ssd for my Xbox X and saw faster loading times when playing Destiny. Sadly it packed up after 11 months. Managed to get a full refund from from Amazon. I did place the ssd on top of the Xbox so maybe the heat fried it, however my Xbox was unplugged for 2 weeks when it stopped working .
