Seems to be a really good price for a Samsung, Plasma, 43" and 3D - and you even get 2 pairs of 3D glasses with it!

Recently discounted - they sell the same TV (refurb) at ebay for £375..

hot for me!

awaiting the usual comments bashing Plasma.

Hot from me.

Only 720p but I guess it is worth a punt

shame about the resolution otherwise would have been a corker of a deal!

If you spend most of the time watching Sky etc, the resolution is not massively important. ....

720p on a TV this size at a reasonable viewing distance wont be an issue for most.

has anybody found it in stock ?

Unavailable for delivery for me but heat given for price.

this is a good TV for the price, I've had mine a few months....3D movies are great, gaming works well...no noticeable lag.
I stream movies to it via my NAS, plays mkv files with DTS no problem.
the lower resolution hasn't been an issue...ps3 still outputs at 1080p, does everything my LG led TV does for half the price.
The only slight issue I noticed is the screen can be a little bit reflective in the daylight.

A 3D TV which isn't even full HD, first I've heard of that. Can't really go wrong at this price though!

Plasma still better than LCD, nice price for somebody wanting a big TV cheaply. I'm surprised there are still TV, s around that are not Full HD like this. 3D much better in 1080P and of course games consoles.

A screen that big and not even 1080p would never get it waste of money and being a plasma costs more to run and whites look terrible (not very bright) which a 3d TV needs to be able to do bright as the glasses make the picture darker (save your money get something else (anything else)

Good tv I have had one. Few months but it has a fault

zzzzzzzzz

Plasma is great, it's a shame manufacturers are discontinuing their lines. However, at this screen size, I personally wouldn't settle for less than 1080p.

you trolling ? or have you never owned a plasma?

great deal I have 51inch plasma 1078x 768 (720p) stunning picture quality special effects fast camera action movies so much better than all the 1080p LCD/led I used.

once you owed one you won't want to go back to led

ps3 out puts 1080p 24 no problems

Terrible deal. I got an LED SAMSUNG 1080P for like £249 from Argos 2 months ago. It was a smart TV etc and a 5 or 6 series as opposed to the 4 series above.

Why would anyone be a sub 1080p TV, especially at this price when 4K tv's have dropped 1080p and made them worth next to nothing (good for anyone looking to buy!)

No clue why people are bashing it. It is a top branded 43" 3d TV. Not full hd. Not a problem for some people. Heat from me.

Love the rate in which TV's are dropping in price, I might be able to afford an OLED in a year or two at this rate, heat added

The review posted with the deal is perhaps the most unobjective, gushing, blatantly biased review of anything I have ever read.

I guess the conversation with Samsung when he received it went something like this: "Hey you know... if you really like it, you can keep it. We'll have a look at your review and decide whether to collect it from you later."

1078 x 768 isn't 720p. 720p is 1280 x 720

that's not the biggest problem with what he has said :

"ps3 out puts 1080p 24 no problems"

yes your ps3 is outputting 1080p 24, but your tv is not showing you 1080p 24,

time to lay off the weed.

I have this TV, it is very good and the picture quality is very good (for the price).
do not get hung up because its so called only 720p, just google HD TV viewing distances.
rtings.com/inf…hip

3d picture quality is good but I barely watch 3d content.
the only drawback is the plasma buzz that the screen makes, I've had 2 of this model and they both were the same, however you cannot hear the buzz at normal viewing distances.

Did you get a confirmation on stock or delivery of that TV Tally? Strange they put it further down, when they seem to be out of stock?

I checked the stock checker before ordering & it stated " in stock " for delivery. Made the order but I forgot to check emails as it was a rush order before going out.

Will update later on.

Just checked, order gone through, delivered 3rd October.

Just had TCB tracked at £4.10 as well.

Seems to be in stock now - Home delivery only
