Lol, thanks that might help!

They also sell online via Ebay.

I don't know why but I have it in my head that they charge the delivery fee even if you collect, I may be wrong, but I vaguely remember something about it when I contacted them about collection a few months ago.

I collected the Samsung Blu-ray and wasn't charged.

Heard someone say a while back that they used their 20% off eBay voucher to buy a Crampton and Moore tv and got £90 off. Haven't got a voucher myself but that could have come in handy!

They also illegally sell repaired TVs as new. Bought my first 3 pannys with them all faulty (sent them all back) and I chased it with Panny and gave them the serials to see if any had been repaired, two of them had been. Panny said they sell batches of repaired TV's on to some companys and that they must put on them that this is graded stock, hence mine should have been labelled graded and it was not. In the end I gave up with the retail models and bought a 50' commercial model, kills the retail dead in the water especially for SD. Just thought I'd give you my experience of C&M I've not voted either way.

As I wrote in the other thread, Crampton and Moore are a load of ........ I bought from them as they're a local company and found their delivery service a joke. Also when things were damaged and/or missing, they didn't give a XXXX. I can only advise serious caution.

After reading the posts of other peoples experience of C&M, I would personally avoid this company like the plague.
