Seems a lot cheaper than anywhere else for a 50" 1080p with Freeview HD and a reasonable amount of other bells & whistles...

You'll never be bored at home with the Samsung PS50C580 plasma TV, which now comes with Freeview HD and USB Movie 2.0. The Samsung TV delivers dazzlingly, rich colour and vivid details. And even corrects the errors from standard definition content. Every frame is seamlessly smooth thanks to the 10 full subfields incorporated into each frame. Thats 600Hz. Resulting in crisper contours, sharper scrolling text and an end to juddering issues. Samsungs PS50C580 HD TV is easy on the planet-and on your eyes. Samsung's unique Eco Sensor measures the intensity of the room’s light and automatically calibrates the brightness of the image on the screen. So now you’re not wasting energy on a bright screen when it isn’t needed. The PS50C580 uses a film filter display instead of using conventional glass to eliminate layered images and produce ones that are ultra-clear and blur-free from almost every angle, which makes it easier for everyone to enjoy a movie. So, sit back and enjoy the show.

is this shop any good? has anyone bought from them? if this tv was from currys/comet etc i would be buying right away but i don't know about these guys. Not voted yet

I got mine delivered on Friday from them ordered it on Monday excellent tv.Would check its okay before signing for it as the delivery driver said it was banging about the van as he had no where to tie up in the van and didn't know it was a tv.

didn't know it was a tv.

Surely it's in a big box that has 'Samsung Plasma TV' all over it :s

Looks like a heck of a lot of tv for the money, but can be had a few quid more at amazon, and would prefer dealing with a company that I know will return stuff no questions asked.

Slightly cheaper @1st Audio Video 1staudiovisual.co.uk/cat…mp; if it helps anybody £623.92 delivered.

Quite a nice deal for a Freeview HD TV - but for the money I would still be going for the LG 50PK590 everytime ...

I'd also rather deal with Amazon because if there are any problems Amazon are really good and helpful.

Other companies can sometimes be quite difficult if you want to return something even when faulty.
