With the price and size of netbooks going up, this seems a very reasonable price for the power and mobility and a fully spec'd laptop.

A couple of reviews for anybody interested, although the actual specs will be slightly different, so it's just to give an idea:

I guess the newer models are the reason for the price drop, but seems too good to be true.

Also available 2gb Q45's (ie 12inch laptops) for £450

I see everyone voting purely on price, without relating it to other small format machines! :-(

never noticed this site before, anyone ever used them?

never used them, but there is a word of caution at notebook review:

then again, when was the last time anybody posted a good experience in a similar forum

My thoughts too, I could have found a laptop for £300 that would just about run vista and would be desk bound and it may have got a better response :giggle:

no never...hmmmmm

their prices look very competetive.

People looking into the deal and analysing it for that particular item......yeah that doesn't happen. It looks like a good deal (voted hot)

Personally I think ebuyer.com/pro…335 is a better deal, as you get more RAM and a dedicated radeon GPU.

looking at the review site which states some possible problems encountered by buyers who had purchased through Saveonsamsung and at the hext cheapest competitor selling at approx £650 the deal does'nt add up.... are the laptops really brand new ?

I think that is a great deal (different type of computer) maybe you should post it as a deal?

granted, not a bad deal, but this is a 13" laptop and your link is for a 15.4".

Both good deals (for different needs)
