Don't know where they have found stock on this 2021 model (can't find anywhere else online), but this is a cracking deal for brand new one that also comes with a 5 year warranty.
Unlikely to reappear after this is gone, especially with the warranty. 2021 brand new models are hard to find and considered to be superior to 2022 range.
