sorted byit's just a superior type of OLED technology vs LG's,brighter,better colours and less prone to burn in and the design is superior to LG.(not just looks but function too I have that stupid low stand LG uses,have to do DIY to fit a sound bar in front,just dumb engineering).
the Samsung remote and interface is superior to LG too.
the only cons of Samsung is that you will loose Dolby Vision.but personally I couldn't care less.

I did manage to getRicher sounds down to £1316 (matching Samsung £1549 + 15% discountvoucher).
I’d urge anyone togo and see this TV in person and look a youtube reviews, it is veryvery thin and fragile.
I’d recommendpaying for an install just in case there are any problems with thepanel bending, or being bent in transit, particularly on the 65-inchmodel.
I’d also recommendthat this was done as part of the main transaction (e.g. John Lewisetc), not an after sale third party ‘cash in hand’ job.
RS’s recommended‘experienced’ installer thought he could handle one of these onhis own (NO!) even though he admitted he had never actually installedone yet. This (and the software problems with this TV) resulted in mecancelling and going down the LG path instead – and not with RS Imight add.
Voted hot for theprice find (not so much for the actual TV and seller install options).
