3438700-dcAYH.jpgUpgrade your home entertainment with the Samsung QE75Q70RATXXU 75" Smart 4K Ultra HD HDR QLED TV with Bixby. With 100% Colour Volume, everything looks bold and bright, so there's no more washed out colour. Movies, games and shows look better than ever before.

It's not just about bright colours, Direct Full Array Plus backlighting makes darker scenes clearer, so you'll get a better look at what's lurking in the shadows when you're watching a spooky movie. Just watch out for the jump scare.

The Quantum Processor even upscales older content to 4K-like quality, so when you're relaxing with a classic movie it'll look as good as if it was made today.

Adaptive Sound

Adaptive Sound is really clever. It analyses the acoustics of your room and what you're watching so you get the best possible audio. So when you're watching football you'll get stadium-like sound, and if you're watching a frantic action movie you'll hear speeding cars on both sides during the car chase.

Content Discovery

Netflix, Prime Video, BBC iPlayer – there are loads of ways to watch all your favourites on the Q70R Smart TV. And with the Universal Guide you can spend less time flipping around apps and channels as they're all in one handy place. You'll also get recommendations based on what you love to watch.

Bixby voice assistant

Pass the remote? Actually, don't bother – now you can control your TV directly with your voice. Bixby Voice Assistant is here to change the channel for you, all you have to do is ask.

And if you've got other smart gadgets around your house, you can control them too with the SmartThings app.

It even works with Google Assistant and Alexa, so you'll be able to manage your home easily.

  • Direct Full Array for improved contrast
  • Intelligent upscaling with Quantum Processor 4K
  • Picture quality: 3300 PQI
  • HDR: HDR10+ / Hybrid Log-Gamma (HLG)
  • Catch-up TV & 4K streaming

What's the difference between QLED and OLED?

The key differences is QLED owners thinks it's better than OLED
& OLED owners think OLED is better.
Thus resulting much vitriol between these 2 groups

I wonder when they will stop investing in Bixby. It seems useless.

OLED give deeper blacker blacks but QLED arguably are brighter.
Both are very good
QE75Q90RATXXU also has £200 off...so does the 82” version of this...tempting

OLED - every pixel is it's own light but brightness overall less then LED / QLED possible screen burn if static images left on screen.
QLED - backlit like LED televisions but brighter and not prone to screen burn.

OLED more expensive but amazing pictuer
QLED - cheaper but not quite as good as OLED but not far off from higher end sets.

Very simplified but you get the general idea.

I have started to like the picture on the qled. It looks more realistic but LG handles motion far better than Samsung!
All well Switchy? I'm digging all these excellent TV deals, and making lists, ready for the big spend in November - woo! 🙃

I'm a qled owner and I don't think it's better, the only reason I chose it was because I use my desktop on my TV and oled has screen burn and qled came with a 10 year screen burn guarantee, but I definitely prefer oled
Sony or Samsung for normal 4K LED TVs?

Sony or Samsung for normal 4K LED TVs?

More dependant on which model. You have high end LED and budget
I think LG is better value for money if buying normal 4K tv. Samsung are much brighter and sony with andriod is simply rubbish
Heat added as its switchy's deal
