This deal is expired. Here are some options that might interest you:

Customer Grade N Return 82" QLED TV.

I asked the guy in the shop he said it means that either the TV was returned due to customer changing his/her mind or the box has been opened and returned, but TV hasn't been taken out of the box.

I know this is not Q70 (no full array backlight) , but a very good price for 82" regardless.

Only 1 left.

Comes with 5 year warranty.

Free delivery I believe.

Have some heat. I was tempted by the Q70R but in the end up I picked up an LG C9 65" and I'm glad I did, the OLED panels are simply astounding. This is a fantastic price though for those who are tempted.

For anybody wondering which way to go, we have an LG 55 oled c7 and have just bought a 75” qled q90 and unless they’re next to each other the qled blacks are way beyond good (admittedly not perfect like the LG oled but silly close on a q90) then the brightness and colours of the qled are superior in my personal opinion.

Reason we upgraded was burn in. Two years and the oled has burn in. No warranty covering that from LG. Hence the switch to a qled.

Oleds are best, qleds are a close second and can be safer around kids for burn in and so close now at the high end it’s not a real world normal person issue anymore.

One other mention, the q60 was distinctly inferior blacks, back lighting so only compare q85 and q90 if you’re intent on an oled close equivalent

Still respect a deal like this, not slagging a q60 as each to their own people
Phuuuuuuuuuk!
A lot of heat for 1 tv that is available in 1 store.
I guess heat from me too

Interesting, I've had my LG OLED55B6 for 3.5 years and never had any issues, and I used to game a lot! You may have issues with burn in if you watch the same news channel 20 hours a day and turn of the TV at night at the wall.

However, I do agree with you, new QLEDs are excellent. I put on local dimming test video in a shop and could not see any blooming. They are decent TVs, but way overpriced. Q90 should be same price as C9 oled, not more.

I agree but I got the 75” q90 for £2600 so seemed fair compared to a 77 oled.

Problem is my kids leave sky q menus or tv menus on and I walk in the room and it’s sat there for god knows how long. Even tried the software thing to try eliminating it in the LG update but still there. It looks like the Apple TV icon shading surrounds from pre latest iOS and pre dark mode. Right pain as it’s a cracking tv

Because generally spouses tend not to approve/agree with large impulse electronic/TV purchases

Yep I think it’s disgusting that you can spend that amount of money on a premium item and it doesn’t let a reasonable period of time with careful use. Defeats the point hence why I jumped ship

I was kinda shocked to be honest, but I have no regrets. When I bought this TV, none of the LCDs came even close to OLED in term of PQ.
Now Samsung are very close with their q90 flagship in terms of PQ (granted it goes a lot brighter). But £2k for 55" LCD TV is a lot of money and I would still by OLED now at half the price

I think they should write better firmware to combat this issue as it’s not fair to only have a premium tv for 2 years at these prices before they become worn.

The Samsung has virtually as good blacks, far better brightness and software, no burn in potential as 10 years warranty against that and similar money. I think it’s a better option now in hindsight than the oleds if buying today and you either have kids or game regularly.

My 75 q90 was £2600 from richer sounds so we’ll happy with that plus the tv has Apple TV built in which is another bonus

I agree but you are comparing 77 OLEDs to 75 Q90R. 77 OLED are very difficult to manucfacture hence the higher price compared to 65 and 55 inch models.

I am comparing 55 inch OLEDs vs 55 inch Q90. OLEDs have been going around for £1099 to £1199 all the time while the cheapest 55Q90 I have seen has been £1699, as simple as that.

Also you cannot compare one-off bargain price you paid for your Q90 to average retail selling price of 65 and 77 inch OLEDs. I got my 65" C8 for £969 and I am not trying to campare it to anything as this is one-off price.

I do agree, however, that Samsung made a huge improvement over the past few years, and their screens are second to one especially regarding ambient light reflections and brightness. All I'm saying is that Tops of the range QLEDs should be the same price as OLEDs.

If i had a choice between £1k 55 inch LG C9 and £1k Samsung 55 inch Q90, I would choose Samsung.
