Compare this one with the sold out 17" HP deal, this one is £90 more but with better CPU and bigger HDD.

he was just clarifying the price in argos
listed as 1366*768 lol stupid argos

Not bad at all

Graphics: Intel HD Graphics
Graphics Memory: Shared Memory

If this had a dedicated graphics card I'd have purchased this right here and now. As it stands, it's a little more than I would have liked for just a basic graphics chip. Everything else specs-wise is good, at a very nice price (compared to other retailers). I'm not overly enthusiastic about the brushed metal look on the keyboard though but would have sacrificed that for a better GPU.

Got a i3-380M, 4G ram, 640G hdd from Costco last weekend for £508.

beautiful

Look allright, shame there is no Blu Ray drive in.

I have the R780, great laptop, but it has the Nvidia GT 330M GPU rather than the Intel on this model.
This is still a decent price for what you get.

I also have one of these -
argos.co.uk/web…857

Blu-ray and more RAM, and still a decent GPU. But weaker CPU and smaller HDD.
Not sure which one I prefer, but my daughter kidnapped the Samsung so I don't really get a choice.
