Lowest price was £449 with John Lewis last week. Everyone has dropped their price on this in the last few days

Can you fit bottles of milk and wine in the door with the dispenser?

I paid £399 for the RB29.
Cracking fridge though!

Was in Currys today looking at various fridge freezers, the dispenser looked incredibly annoying as you have this massive crate getting in the way of putting tall bottles underneath it.

It was stood next to this Kenwood at £269.99 which we preferred, however slightly reticent about whether Kenwood will be as reliable as Samsung:

You can get a bottle of milk and a bottle of wine in the door just about, to the side of the water tank.

Have found the compressor on ours to get pretty noisy occasionally. Good price though

I have same fridge freezer, always leaks. Would not recommend.

Kenwood is just currys own make, with the name licensed - A bit of a con really as they aren't made by the same company who used to make the decent electrical stuff

Plastic backing and crap warrenty

If you don't mind loud noise of compressor then its a good fridge. I bought this tecently recently and noise is so loud that you can hear it the living room. Plus add the worst customer service of currys to this

Leaks from where?

How do you get cash back?

AO and Boots Electrical price matched but with the Stainless Steel version if people (like myself) would prefer that.

You can get boots points, cashback and there is a voucher floating about which works

You can remove the water tank inside the door and that gives you loads more room.

I bought this and can confirm it is very noisy

From the water dispenser. It dispenses even when you don't want it to dispense. It just loves dispensing.

I still have the same fridge freezer, it's a fantastic fridge freezer...apart from the whole dispensing issue.

I own an older version of this RL39WBNS which keeps leaking in the back because the fridge has a metal water tray located above the compressor. The metal corrodes due to the evaporation effect from the compressor allowing water to seep onto the electricals at the back causing the appliance to break down.

there is a problem with the noise in that a relay box attached to the compressor rattles like mad, this can resolved but the back cover needs to be removed and then the relay box has to be adjusted with tape etc. problem may reoccur again if the screws on the backplate are incorrectly tightened....

Leaks from where?

Since day one I have had issues with it leaking from the lower freezer compartment onto the floor. Had several engineers out to clean defrost but every few months it starts again. Engineer even stated they have had a number of call outs regarding this model. Possibly a faulty batch but it has personally put me off Samsung fridge freezers for reliability.

Paid £300 couple yrs back. It has a bottle rack inside fridge for bottles.
A good fridge with 10yr compressor warranty included with my own from Samsung.
Its metal backing so wont go on fire. Cheaper brands have plastic backing and this is what might of caused fire in Grenville tower

Tempted to get this but hearing the noise issues is off putting now

I have this. It's a great quality fridge. Very big. The water dispenser is great, with no leaks. You can put milk in the bottom shelf with no problem and a bottle on the side.

On the negative side, yes I can hear it in other rooms when there's no other sounds in my home. Which is really annoying. I don't know if other fridges can be less noisy.

If you have ordered items from Amazon in the past check your history and you will see that most items have increased in price. It’s not unusual that something is currently more expensive than two years ago.
