What more do i say when the deal is to get a smart camera worth 399 when you buy a refrigerator from John Lewis

The RB31FERNDBC Samsung Fridge Freezer combines stylish design with the latest cooling technology to keep your food fresher for longer. Smart design features and functions make efficient use of space and provide flexible convenience.

With a total usable capacity of 310 litres, this frost-free fridge freezer will deliver more than enough room for your everyday needs. The gloss black finish adds a contemporary look to your kitchen and is rated A+ for energy efficiency.

Multi flow cooling, comes as standard on this model. Cool air outlets on each shelf level provide even cooling and help restore the fridge to its operating temperature more quickly after new items have been added. This multi flow cooling action ensures that food is kept fresher for longer.

The no frost technology prevents a built up of ice by using circulating cold air to pick up excess moisture, that would ordinarily form frost. Gladly, this means no more defrosting the freezer and no more separating food frozen together.

Is this a 2013 product ?

Something looks odd here.l. Claim form looks like you have to buy a very expensive four door Samsung model... You can order and argue the toss, but looks like this might be a mistake.

John Lewis are pretty good, and if this unintentional they might just honour it, but you have a lot of faffing around I suspect,

It would seem that you are correct. The claim form has "RF24" (picture and all) printed all over it. I guess is a mistake from JL's part.

Terms and conditions clearly state you must buy RF24 model...looks like someone in John Lewis web team is in trouble...

Looks like a John Lewis mistake

£2000 for a fridge freezer! Crazy.

Unfortunate mistake; I'd have had one of those for sure! (voting hot anyway for the find, but i doubt JL would be able to honour that one even if they wanted to)

The redemption is claimed by Samsung so you have to chase them up . I ordered a £1400 samsung laptop which I get a free smart phone too. When time came to claim Samsung said this laptop model is not on a promotion offer. & they won't for a fact give u it even though it was missold. They are very tight asses and straight up !

Whatever you do don't get one of the new smart fridge/freezers, mine keeps spamming me with disgruntled emails ever since I let a piece of chicken go out of date, also sends 1000s of random emails when it gets upset !! then I realised I had purchased the easily offended model
