10% off Freestanding Fridge Freezers using the code R300, got the Fridge with 5 Year Samsung Labour and Part warranty and plus 1.5% quidco. Although it says code does not work if you order via Currys but directly from the manufacturer but I have tried this and still got the 10% off.

I bought this model 18 months ago for £600. Admittedly it only had a 3 year warranty, but all the same, this seems expensive!

You're either talking crap, or you got a nicked one, or a refurbished/graded one full of dents! I've been watching the price of these for the last 18 months or so and the cheapest I've ever seen it go is about £930, this is the cheapest I've seen it in a while (and certainly no-where near £600!)

You sure you're talking about the G series and not another cheaper model?

Can anyone who's voting cold please post where you can buy this cheaper?? ...'cus I'd love to buy one!

I would certainly expect it to last more than 5 years after spending nearly a Grand.

That was an old RS21 model back in 2008, the new models don't have any issues and are amongst the best you can buy (and come with a 5 year warrenty to back it up)

The G series is the top of the line model, as it uses advanced insulation technology to give you over 100 litres more storage capacity inside, whilst maintaining the same external dimensions as other American Style fridge freezers.

I'll need to check the invoice. Certainly the ending letters and numbers were the same... Unsure about the first 3 characters.

And no it wasn't nicked. Dixons were selling it AFACR for £759 at the time. I bought from B&Q using the 20% discount I can get on.a price match. (it was a cock up as it should have been 10% of the difference and they were selling at £999 - ie £25 discount on the Dixons price.)

The first 3 characters will probably be different as that denotes the range, and most of the other ranges are much cheaper than the G series

You can pick up an A series (RSA...) or H Series (RSH...) for around £700 from most stores

the code 10MDA seems to do the same thing now that R300 is expired.
wow. it's now £1299 instead of £1099. Glad I got in there when I did. Saved £310 off that price.
