shame about the shared graphics but good decent spec for most users

its a sub £400 laptop, clearly wasn't designed with gaming in mind.

hot from me.

voted Hot - good deal.

I would recommend that if anyone is considering buying from the BuyITDirect group, google their customer service comments and make your own mind up. It seems that when they get it wrong, they get it spectacularly wrong and don't care about putting it right. That was my experience.

Seems good deal , where you find voucher? Will it work on other systems ?

Would like an opinion on viewing angles.

Anyone know what the difference between this and the A09 version that sainsburys is offering.

Anyone else notice the brightness gradient when viewing from the face on front view?. Quite annoying as the brightness at the bottom is greater than the top.

Screen: Apart from the problem mentioned above, which is a big one I might add, the glossy screen looks all modern and shiny and brings out the hdness vividly. You have to keep moving the screen around to get the perfect view but that's because its a TFT. The reflectiveness of the glossy screen is quite bad, its like having a mirror attached to a keyboard lol.

The keypad: Spaced out keys take a little getting used to. The keys are a little flimsy and tend to move around slightly when intentionally fingering them. The keypad looks aesthetically pleasing. The quality of the keys feel good on your hands, with a slight rough texture.

Mouse:Very good

Looks: the laptop looks the dogs **** and is well constructed, although it does have that plastic feeling.

Weight: Awesome for such a big laptop.

Dvd rom: Very flimsy, as if its been shoved in...My tray doesn't want to close most times like there's something stopping it. It takes a little push to get it in.

Power: Not too bad if your at home...If your planning on taking it somewhere without a charger that's a bad idea.

Speakers: sound is dam good but seems like the treble is way high, giving it a slightly over the top sharp sound.

webcam: very good

Performance: Quite fast if you have norton running too which is good.

Overall after playing around with it for 2 days i have to say i like it. If your looking for a messabout laptop then its the one for you. The only downside is the screen, so if your looking for a laptop with a good screen, don't buy this. For the price above though you cant go wrong, I would never pay 450 for this laptop, as it seems samsung have cut coners with the screen. They should stick to making phones. For 350 it aint bad at all, i hope i helped in anyway. PPPEACE
