    I've taken a contract with o2 in December and I am extremely disappointed with the reception. Had three and Vodafone earlier and it was much better. Now often find myself without mobile Internet... West Midlands.

    I'm the opposite, was on three and had no network coverage in my area but got new SIM contract with O2 and I get 3 bars on average but sometimes I get 2 sometimes 4 and I'm in Warwickshire

    I have a sim only contract with O2 eligible for handset upgrade (have s21) - can i upgrade through Samsung or does it have to be through o2 direct?

    I dont think pay monthly phone contracts are compatible with trade ins. I can't seem to be able to do it anyway.

    No, refresh is done directly from O2 themselves in-store or on their website

    That's the point, thwy want to set the high price but to make you feel better they give a stupidly unreasonable amount of data
