Bought a very good condition s7 edge a few months ago from music magpie. …Bought a very good condition s7 edge a few months ago from music magpie. Came without a single Mark on it. Looks like it is brand new.

Seems to be luck of the draw with them. Bought a 'good' condition iPhone recently and it was in a terrible state.

I bought two 'pristine' S8s from MM. Needless to say they were very unpristine.

Oh, that sucks. I will count myself lucky then.

I don't know how they would differentiate between pristine and the very good I bought. They must have sent me a pristine one. I would say it's new if I hadn't bought it from a second-hand place.

Would be really annoyed at that. I bet you paid a few bob for a pair of S8's too.
tempted, can I return if I am not happy with condition?
How do you sell on HUKD now? Have one of these to sell but sick of time wasters on Facebook...

The only saving grace is you get 14 days no questions asked returns so didn't lose out really.

You can’t return? That’s absolutely mad

That's what someone told me , but i could be wrong. I suppose it's worth checking the T&Cs .

You can't, they moved it to that Lokal rubbish a while back
You can return it in 14 days according to their terms but you have to pay return postage, I bought a S7 good condition, had quite a few marks, not bad but could have probably got a better one off gumtree for the same money, didn't bother returning it cause of the postage expense otherwise i would of.

It's luck of the draw, do you feel lucky

Distance selling act should apply

If you are referring to LDSR that doesn't exist anymore. I presume you mean the newer Consumer Rights Act. Not as described would be the easiest option there.
Unlocked Black 32 GB Good condition is OOS

I returned my s8+ with no issues after I wasn't happy with battery life on the 13th day via their return label. You just have to phone up to let them know. Was surprisingly a relatively pain free experience with a prompt refund via PayPal. You can't pay credit card though on the site.
Wow, these sure are cheap now. Great phone, got mine when they came out - on a preorder. Havent bothered to upgrade because its so good

i got mine, still a good phone, but don't no if it worth paying 6 a month insurance, when it was vauled at 500 now worth 200 😁
only gold color left.
Had 3 S7 edges in "Very Good" condition, all have had bad scratches, one had over 20 scratches on, one had a touchscreen fault, the other had worn a half day battery capacity, the other was just battered in appearance.

Customer service is OK, sometimes don't reply, and they just assume you want a replacement, so you have to go out of your way to make it clear you want a refund, I got free returns on all 3 after providing proof that they were faulty/not as described.

I won't bother using them again for high value stuff to be honest, I'm just going to cough up the dough for a new one, too busy for all the messing about.
Re. the 14-day no questions asked money back thing, I bought two of MM eBay, requested a return on both: heard nothing... sent them a message: heard nothing... sent them another message: heard nothing, etc.

Had to escalate the case through eBay to get the returns initiated and postage labels printed... sent them back, had no acknowledgement of receipt from MM, had to involve eBay once again to step in and refund my money.

This company is a joke, I wouldn't advise anyone to deal with them, you might get lucky with a phone that's actually as described but if you don't good luck with the refund process.

I'm not sure how much money you have to pay to get a pinned deal like this, but it's not representative of making it a truly good deal.
