what did you say to get the deal?

I spoke to Vodaphone and they said this is done via 3rd part sellers? Not sure if true or not

"If in future, if you face any issues with the phone, Vodafone will not be able to assist as the phone is provided by them."

"Also some of the plans with third party dealers may have hidden costs for certain services which you get by default with our plans but you need to pay for that with the third party deals."

Best offer they could give me was £25 upfront and £33 a month

"I am afraid I can make that close to £33-£34 per month will that be fine with you?"

Ive just upgraded with 3 but the only difference I got was 30gb of data instead of 3gb and mine was £33. They told me it's because the s7 edge is an old phone now and so prices have dropped quite a lot.

what did you say to get the deal?

I first enquired about the Note 7 and was offered the Samsung S7 Edge deal. I was not happy with what they originally offered me, as there were better deals elsewhere. therefore later on spoke to the retention team I believe. This is where they then offered this deal and I accepted. Hope that helps.

No I can assure you this is not a 3rd party seller. This is a deal I got directly with Vodafone myself. As explained above...

Just to clarify you need to speak to the Retention Team. I have confirmed this was Vodafone and not a 3rd party as I have the contact number saved on my phone log from my last conversation with them. You can simply dial 191 and ask to be transferred to the retention team to be assured your speaking to the right dept.

can you still get this deal if your NOT with Vodafone?

Cold. Clearly a retention offer and not a "Deal".

price per month is £33 (the s6 was dearer than that online with them), no upfront costs except for £4.95 delivery going in my next bill. Internet data 30gb with unlimited calls and texts. I choose no feel at home or hotspot as I never use them nor do I usually use more than 2gb of data. I didn't get the voucher as it is only available for existing customers in the shop but I was pleased enough with the monthly price as was paying £40 and that was with a rubbish phone. I called them as I was going to upgrade online but wanted to check my data usage and they offered me the deal. I am an existing customer and have been with them for 6 years.

Lol. Three wanted me to pay £56.00 for S7 edge and 30Gb plan. They assured me price will only go up. Muppets

That's good if you got that!

I have 3x contracts with Three, been with them for 10+ years and they wanted more than this for SIM only when they took me off the one plan!!

They ring me all the time with special offers because I'm such a good customer then offer me exactly what's on there own website for anyone to take, which is over priced deals, do they think we are all green?

I can't believe how expensive they have gone these days.

Sorry rant over, well done in getting a good deal!
