thanks,,, just showing installing system update, reall frustrating i can get the phone on by holding power and volume down but it hangs a few seconds later and then i have to do it over. just tried what you suggested so waiting for it to rebot... samsung logo has been on front screen for a long time

thanks, I think its busted to be honest comes on then reboots after a few minutes.
