Nothing wrong with eglobal. Got my last 3 phones from them. Currently on an LG v20. Just fine.
Eglobal avoid!!!! Ordered a phone 3 December still no phone and no customer service.
I saw this too, but given its dual sim assume it would not be covered by UK warranty if it went wrong, and sending it back to Hong Kong, that I'm led to believe where they opporate may be a gamble.

Good price nonetheless
More and more fear mongers hating on Eglobal for no reason at all I see. Dull people. Recieved my Note 8 I got for £586 from Eglobal. No issues. No import fees. No problems with the phone. Brand new and sealed its covered through my home insurance before you plan to spew about warranty.

Being based in China is not an automatic reason to avoid them. I have had three phones from them with no issues and to VAT or duty to pay.

However you do need to understand that Samsung warranty will not be valid as the phones are sourced from outside the EU.

Samsung UK now sell dual SIM versions of the S8, S8plus and Note 8. But you are correct in what you say about warranty. Still a great deal provided you understand the warranty situation.
