I'm looking to upgrade from my old S5. I'd like to stay with EE or move to a carrier using their network like plusnet.

The deal is £9.99 upfront then £32.99 for 24 months. This is for 8gb data and unlimited calls/text

No messing around claiming back money by sending off bills.

Are there any better deals out there?

Not terrible, there was a sim free s8 deal here earlier for I believe just over £600? Please try the search

I don't want to question your life choices but I've been very happy with a £150 ish Chinese phone for coming up to a year now. Sure it's no flagship, but it does the job. Perhaps being slightly behind the curve would be better financially?

Take care
I was wrong it's apparently £550 for just the phone which I believe makes this a bad deal?

edit: are you on the moneysavingexperts mailing list? It's great...
- Samsung S8: Vodafone newbies can get a Samsung S8* with 4GB of data & unltd mins for £125 upfront if they use code MSEGLXYS8. It's then £23/mth, making it £677 over 2yrs, £88 less than the cheapest equivalent handset + Sim combo we found. We've been told stock is decent on this.

I'm not but will take a look, thanks! Very nervous about moving away from EE's network.

Loved ee, I moved to three. Up here in Scotland when three is good, it's great. I drive an hgv and drop out can be problematic. Never had any such issues with ee. For the right deal I'd move back in an instant. Heat added can't be a bad deal.
Massively expensive. Deals will be available soon with a bit less data costing 100 or more less.
