Thanks
Woohoo! Been waiting for a decent price reduction, ordered and heat added.

Now to find some cheap Xiaomi motion sensors.... (apparently they can be much cheaper than samsung and hue sensors).
Ordered, Thanks
Thanks n ordered, Ideally I wanted a way to get my bathroom/hall way light motion sensored (for when my young daughter wakes up to go to the toilet at night)

Can any recommend what's needed also any other products thst work well with this please (I have a s7 and alexa)
Also £5 cheaper at Currys' ebay shop. As said in numerous Xiaomi sensor posts, if you don't like the Xiaomi gateway, just stock up on Gearbest promo prices for the sensors and get this gateway instead.

They are cheaper, but don’t always work straight out of the box and battery readings don’t work (the Smartthings app will always report 100% battery).

I have a couple of the xiaomi sensors in the garage, but at this price with the extra 10% off I would recommend the Samsung ones if you can afford it.

Think I might go for the Samsung ones then. I'm back in Cyprus so get my stuff from Amazon. Sadly the Currys 10% off doesn't help me right now.

I've just cancelled my Amazon order and ordered on Curry's a hub plus two motion sensors for £71 - bargain. Thanks @Mungus .

Not true. The A4RefillPad device handler doesn't report the battery levels correctly but the bspringer one reports the levels just fine. The device handler was fixed for the New Generation 2 Aqara sensors a while back now.
