£15 to alert me if her in doors is game on, seems like a bargain.
Now only if it also adminsitered Nurofen it would be perfect.
We need one in work so we can find out who it is who keeps p**sing on the floor and shame them.

Thanks 😃
Just to be clear, you also need the Samsung smart home hub for this to work...Amazon description.

  • SmartThings is the easy way to turn your home into a smart home
  • Requires a SmartThings hub; available for purchase separately or as part of the SmartThings starter kit
What does this do?? Can I connect this to Alexa echo dot to control my tv, fridge, PS4 and other electrical appliances with this
Thanks, ordered 4

You place it near your pipes and will alert you when there is leakages or a flood. Very limited use but does what it's meant to.

Requires Smartthings.

Any good for aquariums when your paranoid the external filter is going to suck out a few hundred litres onto the floor?

being a bit dumb here but with a house full of pipework (fresh water and hot water to rads) wouldn't you need several of these placed in different locations as a leak could occur anywhere.

Yeah one for each area that could flood.
Btw guys look at maplins they do a similar version Foxx for £4.99 bit stocks are low but I managed to get 2 last week and they're great and use AAA batteries which I don't think these do so will last longer.

Yeah you really need to nip that in the bud before they start crapping on the floor or in urinals.

Does anyone know if either the Foxx or this SmartThings will work without the hubs but with the Amazon Echo Plus (built in hub) please?
I feel this is essential yet never had one or met anyone that has got one.
Expire please

I don't know tbh but I would think they are capable of working as they are Zwave.
But I'm not sure how the Alexa hubs work with needing device handlers etc

Just to let you and others know that both Foxx and Smartthings require a ZigBee hub. Foxx works great with Smartthings.
Good price thanks for posting. I wouldn't consider Samsung though and their anemic CS
Hmm moisture and leak sensor.... will this work on my wife?
