Still not sure what the point of these are. I mean, your phone does the same thing if you have smartthings.

Stick it in your car. Or your dog. On your dog. Maybe leave your dog alone eh?

Had poor results when using phones in and around our house, so the presence sensors were essential.

Only if you want to track non-phone things. I put it on car key. Some people give them to kids or put on dog/cat collar. (I originally bought second, but returned - one is enough for me)

Mine went into the bin.

It kept telling the Hub it had left the area, only to return a few minutes later.

That's all well and good but this was happening at 3 or 4 in the morning when everyone was in bed.
Or, it would not report leaving at all.
In the end it was just too unreliable to put any trust in.

They are pretty much regarded as a joke on the Smartthings Community Forum.

Great stuff

1. Should have been freecycled, somebody would have loved it.
2. Failing that, should have been recycled, not binned.

Lecture over.

About as useful and reliable as Derek Acorah at sensing presence

Can I lock and unlock my computer with this?

I bought 2 of these from this link and got them delivered in 4 days rather than 1 to 2 months, so don't let that put you off.
Thanks for the link.
