Certainly not 'one of the best', but a decent price though

Superb for laptop storage / external pop it into a caddy and use with any 4K SmartTV use, good to see the 1TB ssd's now sticking under that magic £100 marker at last
Thought the QVO was much worse than the EVO? I'd just get one of the 70 odd quid ones.

Any NVME PCIe SSD will be objectively better, as long as the device you're putting it in supports it properly.
This or an NVME M.2

If you have the choice then the answer is NVMe.

In what way? it's just a regular SATA drive in m.2 form factor.
I bought this for my son on the recent Amazon.fr deal which was about £78 with delivery in a couple of days. Good enough for storing his games on (after the 10 year old HD died).
The Mx500 deal is better. A little more nets you a clearly faster drive.

Compared to the drive you replied to, no it isnt, not even close. Don't give false information

With MX500 you are also getting two extra years of warranty.

i wouldnt buy a QLC device unless i was after some serious money saving and the drive was at least 40-50% cheaper than a TLC
For those that would like to know more about SSD tech and the abbreviations thrown about:

reneelab.com/dif…tml

A great little articles, describing the types of SSD storage types and capabilities. Also a brief description for practical considerations to make before purchase as not all great solutions necessarily make for the best solution.
