Got one of these (got it cheap from Argos last year). Wouldn't recommend it for 4 reasons:

1) Clogs-up far too quickly. The missus and I seem to spend a lot of time cleaning out filters.
2) Flimsy build quality. Certain parts have repeatedly needed repairing.
3) Assembling the pole is a pain (and the pole is too short)
4) Black surface/body seems to collect (and then show) dust and needs wiping-down frequently.

Sorry to be so negative but its not the best product. It's back to a dyson for us.

See I feel Dysons are total crap. Dads bought two of the last few years, he thinks there amazing, yet hes called and engineer out under the warranty 6 times. And the newer hoover he doesn't use. Over hyped.

Like most items these days its always a hit and a miss, we have the DC01 at home and nothing has gone wrong with it *Touch Wood* been almost 5 years now.

Nothing sucks like an Electrolux ;o)

Got one for this price at B&Q last year, broken already and was never that great. Lukewarm, cheap price for a cheap hoover.
