Same price at richersounds if it helps anyone
This is a really good wireless sub for this price if you have a compatible Samsung sound bar, I was lucky enough to pick one up in the last ebay 15% Off so mega bargain ..
Agreed, I purchased at £449 priced matched with Compton and Moore Via John Lewis, plus £200 Samsung cashback. The sound is incredible, well worth it at this price, especially combined with the MS-750/751 soundbar, even the MS-650 (due to it's lack on bass on the soundbar itself.
Good find why not hotter ??

It's hot deals, so anything can happen and it usually does..
The price has now dropped to £299;couldn’t resist so had to bite at this price. Also bought the SWA-9000s rears at the same time.

Really NOT such such a HOT deal IMHO.
I watched the price cycle up and down for a few months and finally bit when it was 249 from John Lewis. Which was made even better at a price match for £229 ! Soon after prices shot up again. Look at the cost fluctuations on 'pricespy' its insane. Other than that the bass when bluetooth paired with my Samsung soundbar (HW-MS6501) is acceptable but ONLY with certain films. DO NOT expect it to shake the house with every view but it does no doubt provide a decent fill in sound to the heavy treble/mid range Samsung soundbars. Try turning it off after a listen to see how hollow things suddenly sound without it. BUT note, there is absolutely no available control of the sub-effects either as its all auto which is a real shame. I would say its acceptable but not amazing 80% of the time. But hit the right film (like the submarine action adventure 'Hunter Killer') and it'll shake the fillings right out of your teeth.
Keep a keen eye out for prices here and wait for a good deal as its a big investment for really NOT such a huge step up in sound IMHO.
pricespy.co.uk/aud…333 Do I regret buying it, NO but at £229 I hit lucky. At £350+ I would say NO WAY...so bide your time
