Because you have to pay for it each month then claim it back at certain times in the contract. and you probably have a time limit to claim it back.

This did look slightly better than some redemptions, just my opinion due to past experience. Didn't vote either way as some people don't mind waiting for cashback. Sure this one gave 60 days from date of bill. I had a prob where a bill never arrived and as i didn't notice I missed out on the cash back. Im not good with paperwork so would be useless at this kind. It does have another offer of £230 instant credit which changes deal but does mean you have some of your money straight away

The cashback reclaiming couldn't be much simpler. You email a pdf copy of your bill to mobiles.co.uk, they send email acknowledgement of receipt, and a couple of days later confirmation that the claim is fine and that the cheque will be posted out to you shortly. For this offer you would need to do this on 5 occasions through the life of the contract. It is litterally just emailing a pdf copy of your bill. I have 2 phones with them on cashback at the moment and am about to get another one. If you can remember that you need to send a copy of the bill to them in various months (and as noted above you get 60 days from the date of the relevant bill to do this and they set out very clearly on their website which bills you need to send), then it is a very easy thing to do. Cashback claims get a bad reputation, but form my experience with mobiles.co.uk it is very straight forward and an incredible value way to get a phone.
