Headphones £35 ! are they diamond encrusted ?

[QUOTE=anoraktoysuk;6947878]Headphones £35 ! are they diamond encrusted ?[/QUOTE

]Hot from me.

Good headphones can cost a lot more; and no they don't have to be 'diamond crusted'.

nice deal without gifts imo, better with - any idea of model of headphones?

would this be unlocked? if not, is it easy to unlock?

Yes,it can be unlocked but needs done in a shop or similar

The headphones are the same as the ones below

i have already bought one from tesco - but am looking to buy another as a gift.

When i bought a phone from orange a few months back for £79.99, it only tracked at £5 (when phones over £60 should be £12). Has anyone had similar experiences, and do i have to raise a ticket or will it change when it validates?

I noticed this too...and guess what? Crap as it is, I think it's because the phone value (£69.99) minus VAT comes out at around £59.50, just outside of the higher threshold. Misleading to say the least.

What's the internet browsing like on this?

How does this compare to the LG Cookie ?? Cheers

this comes up as £80 for me

it's ~59.50 *BASED ON A 17.5% VAT RATE*

I'd contact and dispute that, at the current 15% it's £60.86

(69.99/1.15 = 60.8608695652, but 69.99/1.175 = 59.5659574468 - so they're stiffing quidco'ers and advertisers alike with wrongly calculating on a 17.5% rate in all probability)

Where are the free gifts mentioned, I could not find the gift details in the link?????

they automatically add them to your basket when you go to checkout:thumbsup:

hot deal by the way!

If I bought this phone, could I put my 3 sim card in it and access all the planet 3 features I have now? Or does the 3Sim just work like an ordinary sim card like Virgin or T-Mobile?

The headphones with this offer are crap they break after a month or two of use, I'd say you stay away, the model is Lowrider by the way.

phone in basket shows as 79
+ the monkey @ £10 = £89

any advice on how to get it for 79

remember this phone has orange branded and is locked, rather buy from mobiles.co.uk for £87.90 unlock and unbranded

Its only one of the backs that has the orange logo on it,the black one,the others are unbranded,it has orange software on it though admitately, but it can be debranded easily if you have an usb cable for it,does need unlocked too,

I tried to buy this a few days ago but the price was showing the extra tenner.Ended up not getting it.
Not sure if it's showing phone+top up+tariff tenner.
There was a 15% discount on the orange advent calendar yesterday as well :x

bought one of these from phones4u a month ago and told them i wanted to put an o2 sim in the phone and she told me that the orange one was the only one that came already unlocked and it was with no orange branding on the phone like they used too.

Has anyone used the internet on it? Do all sites load?

I used the Cookie for the internet the other day and it was useless.

I just got one of these a fortnight ago to replace a Sony Xperia X1 that had cost an arm and a leg a year ago, and the Tocco Lite is a million times better in my opinion. I use it just for phoning, texting, photos and fairly basic internet stuff like checking webmail, finding addresses and checking prices while I'm out, so I don't know what it's like for more sophisticated use, but I'm finding it really great, probably the best phone I've ever had.

I got mine on Vodafone through Very (Littlewoods catalogue) for £69 with a voucher code (that I was entitled to use) - it was either £79 or £89. No freebies, no topups, just the phone.

I've not tried every site, but give us a couple of examples of sites you want tried and I'll give it a go for you now.

i got one off of ebay in the end, brand new on vodafone which is what i wanted anyway.

Possible explanation if Paul's phone had 'free' delivery.
Some retailers allocate a certain amount in the price for postage and that may have been taken off the total for cashback purposes even though they state free delivery. For example, 'PLAY' do this all the time. My last purchase their for an item valued at around £14 with 6% cashback only tracked at 30p after VAT + amount they took for 'free' delivery taken off.
I basically only got cashback on £5 out of the £14.

Has anyone managed to get this for 69.00?? Can only get it to come up as 79.00, each time i click on basket it flips from 69 to 79 and I haven't added anything else. Getting frustrated as I could use a new phone as me contract one is pap.

Coming up as £89 for me.

Don't know why this is expired, the deal is available.

The price of the phone is £69 but requires a £10 top up so at checkout the price jumps up to £79 but this includes the £10 top up.

Make sure the £10 top up is ticked before checkout otherwise it will give you the £20 top up making it £89.

Quidco only tracks at £5 ? so you will have to put a claim in.

WRONG.

It's expired because the phone is now £79 standard, NOT £69.

Didn't you check before you posted?

I actually went to the Orange store today and asked them to get the item up on their internet and order it in the shop...it was showing as £89 with top up and they couldn't tell me why !
I also emailed them on saturday and have yet to recieve a reply.

Just tried the orange website and you're right,it's now at £79 with top up.
I've sent a complaint off telling them that because I couldn't get it online I bought it the shop for the higher price and would like the extra tenner refunded :whistling: You never know.

How are you finding this phone> I have been toying between this one & the Nokia 5530 as a gift & I am so not phone savvy (mine is 15+ yrs old)
Would appreciate any feedback.
Thanks
