This seems like a great price for a 4K monitor from a reputable company. Seems to have some good reviews and features including picture in picture.

Supports 60hz using a Display port which is what I would use it for. There are complaints in the reviews that says the HDMI only supports 30HZ but in the description it does say 'Upgraded HDMI Support: With an upgraded HDMI that supports UHD resolutions at a 60Hz refresh rate, 4K content plays smoothly without delay, even when connected to AV devices.'

they have so many "used" returns, I am wondering if something is wrong with this model ....
£277 appears cheapest now. May as well just get new
Apparently has a SATA connector. Must have a computer inside too!

That had me a little worried too. But then with it being so many I wonder if it was a mass purchase (office/school) with a mass return? Especially with little difference in conditions. A lot of the monitors I looked at were saying scratches or dead pixels in warehouse deals whereas this looks like it was more open box and send back.

trying to decide on a monitor for pc work gaming and xbox gaming at a desk. Thinking this is the perfect size but would 1080 or 2k be better? My 1060 could handle some games at 4k but mostly at 1080/2k and the xbox is max 1080. Too many choices

Ha, I know that's an error in the description but napkin maths says a SATA 3 connection could only carry a 22Hz 4K video signal, better hope there's a DP port too :P
Theres 2 versions of this monitor - the old version has hdmi 1.4 (4K@30 Hz) and no tilt functionality from the stand, whereas the newer version has tilt functionality and hdmi 2.0 (4K@60 Hz). Don't know which version you will get with this deal
There could be a shadier reason behind there being so many. Mine arrived today and there was a completely different monitor in the box. I can't believe amazon warehouse obviously don't even check the absolute basics! It's not even the right size, brand or colour! Really hope this hasn't happened to anyone else!

I ordered 2 of the "Like new" options. One shipped from France and the other from Italy. Both supplied with an EU power cord which Amazon refunded 10% (of one of them) to cover the cost of replacement cables (£6 for 2 so ended up with a little discount).

Had to play around with the settings quite a bit to get a nice picture, they are very bright!!! But in general I'm fairly happy for the amount of screen real estate it has given me.

Well I'm glad you got the correct monitor.

It took me a while of arguing with the customer service team but they finally agreed to me having a new monitor for the price I paid for the' like new' monitor. Which is a good enough deal. Mine has shipped from Germany so I may end up on the chat to them again too haha!

I spoke too soon. The monitors are very low on the stand and can only be tilted. I wanted to upgrade my home setup anyway so I bought a dual arm monitor mount to raise them up better to eye level and there's horrific brightness gradient (dark at the top). I'm not surprised the stand is so low because looking down on the monitor and they're fine. Sending them back sadly
