I own this tv, paid around 649 when it first came out. It's a really fantastic TV - great picture, great connectivity, good on non hd channels, literally can't fault it at all after six to nine monnths use, I absolutely love it, so imo this is a great deal

Does it come with glasses? It seems an excellent TV for the price, but it would add to the cost if your had to buy glasses for it.

Cheers Phil.

John Lewis will price match PRC meaning that you will get 5yr warranty at no extra cost. Do JL stock this model?

bought this on boxing day, within 3 weeks the smart TV function is not useable . hot price though

Why is the smart function unusable?

I paid 485 for mine off ebay and that was the 32inch version so this is a hot deal if anyone is unsure i though 485 was a good price too. HOT

yeah y smart features no work ?

John Lewis don't stock this model. They do have the ES6710 for £699 compared to £598 on PRC, so it would be well worth doing the price match for that model. Can't really see what the difference is between the 6300 and 6710, the spec seems to be the same, but it's white instead of black and the connections on the back are in a slightly different layout.

Does the girl come with the package

Don't think she has a package.

I have this TV and will echo the comments made at the start of this thread. Really struggle to find fault with it in anyway. Scour for a cheap portable HD too and it doubles as a pvr.

Also got one of these and paid around £650 for it last year. Only complaint is that there isn't a 4OD app, although my PC's hooked up to the TV, so not a big issue.

It doesn't say Freesat on the web site - has it definitely got it?

Hopefully not, she'd be 40inches in height or less. Nothing against midgets, but no.

Yup! Certainly does, have the connectivity on the back of mine.

Is it really 24cm thick?

Check that it doesnt need updating as mine had the same issue shortly after purchase (diff model but still a samsung)

samsung is having problems with the smart hub since christmas due to all the new tvs purchased apparently. mine is the same at the moment. fantastic tv though

The ES6710 has a faster refresh rate and micro dimming. Those features may or may not be better but I doubt many could or would notice the difference. Plus the ES6710 is more suited for wall hanging as the inputs are configured to minimise protruding cables.
