Series 6 higher end model for low end money.
Free view and Freesat tuners.
Some good image enhancement systems for base model money.
Plenty of good reviews around.
You'll need to be quick as this is discontinued. I think there is new stock in. I ordered online for home delivery today but yesterday I could not get delivery to my home address.
I should get delivery on Saturday. I'll let you know how it goes.

PS this is a Currys exclusive but I think this model is the same as a UE40h6700 found elsewhere.

Not sure, as it gets good reviews and is very good spec for the money

Very good price, and you can tune into any satellite provided you have the right dish.

snobby TV critics... as no 4k so they instantly say cold...
but great TV . and good price.
so what if it can only show 99.9% of all films out there.... lol...
have some heat... to compensate the 4k eeeeejit's.... lol

The only thing that would put me off is the potential lip sync issue when using the in built tuners, every Samsung TV seems to have this problem from reading the customer reviews. Since I don't have sky I would be using the free view tuner and don't want the hassle of trying to get my money back

The main thing that put me off is the closest stock to Bristol is Cwmbran!

Good deal shame there doesn't appear to be stock in any store (south east)

Got one from Lincoln last Friday and am very pleased with my purchase.

With regards to the potential lip sync issue, the last update appears to have fixed this.

The model is a Currys Exclusive and the only difference to the UE40H6700 is the sound. This model is Dolby MS10 whereas the H6700 is MS11.

What's the difference between 5700 and 6700. It was on Amazon for £157 beginning of the week is it worth the extra £230?

Sorry I just looked and it's the 5570 I bought what's the difference other than 3d and response rate?

From the looks of it 3d, response rate, freesat tuner, additional HDMI port, additional USB port and SMART TV.

EDIT - Just seen hotukdeals.com/dea…e=2 - might well be SMART and a freesat tuner then.

Interesting only being the hdmi and usb. Sound like I got a good deal. Thanks

Forget it. There are none anywhere to be had. Typical Currys advertising an offer that does not exist.

I thought the same when I tried to first order and none were close enough for delivery or c and c. I tried again a couple of days later and for whatever reason I got home delivery. I've had a confirmation email saying I should get it tommorow.
I'll let you know if it turns up.
All I can say is keep trying. Maybe Currys move stock around? Maybe their computer system is an idiot??????
