I don't think Freeview HD will work & other apps like bbc I player etc
Might be limited
Need someone who has purchased a tv from Europe

The TV got FreeView

Reception: (Analog, DVB-T2 (terrestrial), DVB-C (cable), DVB-S2 (satellite), CI +, WiFi / DLNA)

So, if not deliver HD Canals, buy Freeview HD Box for £40

Freeview is the only free-to-air digital terrestrial television service in the United Kingdom. It is delivered by the company DTV Services Ltd, a joint venture between the BBC, ITV, Channel 4, Sky and transmitter operator Arqiva. It was launched in 2002.[1] The service provides consumer access via an aerial to the six DTT multiplexes covering the United Kingdom. In April 2014 it had some 60 DVB-T TV channels, 26 digital radio channels, 10 HD channels, 6 text services, 11 streamed channels, and 1 interactive channel.[2][3][4] A number of new HD channels are rolling out in 2014,[5][6] and up to 10 new HD channels are planned to be launched later in the year, from a new group of multiplexes awarded to Arqiva.[7] The new HD channels were launched in selected areas on 10 December 2013 with a further roll-out expected during 2014.

Freeview HD requires a special tuner, capable of handling HDTV signals. Digital video recorders (DVRs) with a built-in Freeview tuner are labelled Freeview+. Depending on model, DVRs and HDTV sets with a Freeview tuner may offer standard Freeview or Freeview HD.

DVB-T2 is UK standard, where did you pull this info off?

I was doing ok till it came to all the address thing......I'm scared it will get sent to someone in Nicaragua..... oO

Curved TVs are such a daft idea. No wonder they are crashing in price. Hopefully soon they will no longer be made.

Chrome auto translates websites, makes it easier buying things from foreign Amazons...

(Discount is automatically applied BTW. Also need to make sure you pay in Euros and not GBP)

Also, if there's any one like me who thinks signing up to the German prime trial means faster shipping... turns out it only applies to orders in Germany!

But if you think of it your eyeball is curved so really the TV shape is now giving you perfect viewing angle from every part of your eyeball.
What about warranty if it packs up in first year?

Looks like it has a reasonable input lag; I wonder if it would make a nice 4k monitor? (the telly being curved would be an advantage rather than an inconvenient for this)...

Pretty sure when I was doing optics in A-level physics all focal planes etc were straight. And when doing large format photography all the Scheimpflug rule/principles have 'straight lines' aka planes. Eg en.wikipedia.org/wik…ple

They just want you to think that ... remember there was a time when they thought the world was straight!
40inch at 4k? Don't really see the point unless you human use it as a monitor
