What about guarantee? Isn't a guarantee a must with TVs??

I have this TV and it is superb :-)

Terrible TV, bought it in March and took it back the next day. I say terrible and I do mean that. The TV cannot cope with sports at all. The light bleed is shocking. Watching TV programmes is juddery at times. Would never buy this model again. 500 is alot to pay for a budget end Samsung. Just my two cents worth.

1 yr manufacturers warranty then your normal consumer rights

So, its still cheaper @ Richer Sounds since you get a 5yr warranty with all TV sets.

If you bought the additional square trade 3 year, no 5 year, its an additional £65.99 (109.98 5 year equivalent).

Also @ RS register a new VIP account and get a tenner off.

I have this tv! It is a awesome! Although it doesn't look like the one in the photo and I doesn't come with the remote in the pic.

2013 model the 2014 models have a "H" rather than "F" in model name

cold

Bought this tv from tescos with the free soundbar and 5yr guarantee last mth, I love it, it's a great upgrade from my previous 6yr old tv, I would say however SD is poor at times and there is a blur on the ball whilst watching football at times which is noticeable at first but you get used to it! Good price just in time for the World Cup

Great price & deal, hot!

To watch SD channels it's really bad & I mean bad!!
Took me few months just getting use to it.
Kept on thinking it was my settings..!!
If I had a choice if take it back!!

This is a great TV and the hd picture is superb. F1 racing is just great in hd and yes SD pictures are not good but then if your spending £500+ on a 46" smart TV then you most of your viewing will be in HD.

I have this set and the picture is excellent, as is the active 3d, much better than the passive 3d on my lg

Good deal...still 649 in Tesco.

For those of you who think this has bad picture quality...it doesn't, I bought one about 3 weeks ago and have spent a long time in the menus......it needs to be set up right:

Try these settings.

Picture mode: Standard

Picture settings: Backlight 12, Brightness 40, contrast 90, sharpness 40 - 50 (to taste)

Advanced; Dynamic contrast : Off

Picture options:
Digital clean view: Off
Motion plus : Clear

Give it a try

lol so many conflicting opinions

Because people don't take the time and effort to read the manual and configure their TV correctly. It not a CRT TV

I tried to configure it to the recommendations on AV forums and it was still terrible. You can't get rid of light bleed. Poor motion clarity no matter what settings you use.

You must have a faulty one then...call Samsung. Mine has no light bleed at alland motion is excellent, specially on games. HD sources are dazzling.

Have you tried football? Shocking, wasn't faulty as a friend has one and looks the same

Did you try the settings supplied earlier? Forget about motion plus for football...turn it off! Ignore the processing rate, the screen is still 100Hz. The processing just tries to add extra frames to smooth out the movement...this will cause blurring. Again try turn off motion plus completely and the Noise reduction & digital clean view.

If it's still no good, then it sounds like you need a TV with a panel that has a higher refresh rate ....this Samsung above has a 100Hz panel. You should aim for a 200Hz panel or something even higher like 600Hz of a plasma screen....but these faster panels will all cost significantly more than this set.

Brilliant tv, i paid 629 a at the start of the year so this is a bargain. No light bleed, no blurs no problems at all!! If ur unsure about buying i can assure you will have no regrets

Bought this at Tesco for 650 with a £30 off voucher and sold the soundbar for 110, plus 5 year warranty

I may be unfairly comparing it to my Samsung PS51D6900 which was amazing! Took the F6320 back and got an LG 740V which I find much better.

Been looking and researching for a new tv for World Cup and finally jumped in with this one was drawn to Samsung after seeing a friends, with this being New with 12 months warranty and £100 cheaper than the reduced price direct from Argos (why?) fingers crossed it arrives in time for Saturday!! Thanks heat added

please explain miracast.........can I cast from my ipad and htc one x to this tv so I can watch what is on my ipad screen?

Im very glad you posted this... I have just bought this in store from argos for £549 even though I had spoken with customer services on the phone about john lewis price match etc (queried if they would match JL guarantee offer, not the price) I was advised 'yes go into store and request on purchase' even though they knew I wanted delivery (heavily pregnant) Obviously the ignorant manager told me 'she cant amend guarantees its argos prices not mine' ERM YES I THOUGHT SO..BUT YOUR UNTRAINED STAFF TOLD ME OTHERWISE! JL still out of stock so went to another argos and bought in store to get out the way

PLUS missing bolts, had to buy more bolts as the ones that come with TV don't fit on our bracket (bottom two are too small so tv was only secure on the two top screws for a day!) so as you can imagine, a nice little complaint has just been sent their way!
