Cheapest I could find for these was via Krish AV in Essex krishav.co.uk/uhd…-tv. But I can confirm that I have priced matched this with John Lewis so this can be had for £799.00 with a 5 year warranty via JL.

It's a 48 Inch Series 7 Ultra HD 4K Smart 3D LED TV with Freeview and Freesat HD and Built-in Wi-Fi.

Excellent TV with excellent reviews hdtvtest.co.uk/new…htm - spec on these include dual tuner and freeview and freesat HD as well.

I think it's expensive so not a major appeal? I'm not 100% sure though! It is possibly the best TV before you get to spending £200-£300 more on the higher spec TVs. A very good TV

Yes via JL, fill in the price match form with the krishAV details and they should price match

Best price I've seen for this tv, amazing reviews I paid £899 only Monday from richer sounds gutted

Ignore the temperature, that's a great price for this TV. I bought the 40" version before Xmas for £850 and it's well worth the money.

Submitted, did they price match for you? I like this tv but I am a bit worried it doesn't have a HDR update but the JU6800 does. I imagine it should get it soon even if its not fully compatible with HDR really.

I believe the JU7000 does have a HDR update. See here hdtvtest.co.uk/new…htm

Yes they price matched and I have 28 days to decide!

Just been into John Lewis and they refused to match??

Mine was done via the online form if that makes any difference

Very good price for a 7 series. Voted hot but deal is with Krish AV though.

Did it online last night and I got an email an hour ago saying they'll honour the price match.

Must of been a pricing mistake by krish AV as it was less than the 40" model I've just rang Richer sounds to try and get them to price match my order but it's not even on krish AV anymore must of realised there mistake this morning, great find for the ones who took advantage

Got email back from John Lewis today unable to price match as not on Krish website.
Have seen the same TV here for £849 if this helps anyone.

Yes it seems KrishAV is no longer stocking it and have removed from their website unfortunately. Hopefully others may have benefited from this whilst it was available.

Also may be worth noting that Currys seem to have stopped selling this online and in the two local Curry's to me they are 'clearance' for £849.99. Haven't tried to haggle or anything with them as Curry's seem to be quite reluctant to reduce any prices in store but could be worth a go as defined as clearance now.

This tv will read the HDR metadata, but its peak brightness of 305nits and lack of local dimming make it largely pointless. Best to wait another year if you value HDR.

thanks, this TV is for my parents, while I'll value it, I don't think my parents will care as long as it looks good really. I was more looking to future proof the TV since they have kept the current sent for 9 years and the one before that for longer. From the stuff announced at ces, it looks like hdr is still going to be expensive next year.
