No. Some 2015 TV's have the specs required to deliver HDR. Admittedly, some in a limited fashion.

I have been looking at this TV for the last couple of weeks. From the reviews on John Lewis it sounds like there is an upgrade that enables hdr. It's also currently £749 at ask direct or £759 at Crampton and Moore

Digged a bit on the HDR and found this in avforums which is a bit of a let down if you were keen on HDR10.

Although the JU7500 doesn't support high dynamic range (HDR) it does include Peak Illuminator for improving the dynamic range.

Only 10-bit panels with HDMI 2.0a deliver true HDR - this is an 8-bit. However, it will be able to play HDR content in a limited capacity because it has a frimware update to HDMI 2.0a.

To reduce this confusion a new standard has been agreed called Ultra HD Premium for all panels that are 10-bit and therefore can deliver true HDR. Hope that helps!
