No idea what HDR1000 / HDR+ is but sounds good and I assume better than standard HDR.

Looks like a very good price for the quality and specs.

Only bit 8 panel according to richer sounds, but I've seen other websites saying it's 8+FRC and and full HDR.

Not proper HDR if its only 8 bit panel. I got my ks7000 55 inch for less than this so at first glance it doesn't seem like a good deal sorry. Not voting though as I haven't had a good look at the specs yet.

Any idea where I can get a ks7000 at a decent price ?

I think the model must have been superceded by another, can't seem to find many of them and the ones that are out there are a bit pricey.

Only the Samsung Quantum Dot/QLED screens are 10bit - anything lower is 8bit

Youtube app does not work on Samsung ks7000,any solution?

Confused some say this is 10 but some say it isn’t. I after a 4k telly that won’t break the bank and has the famous 10 bit panel as will be more future proof. Even though I’m tech nothing is future proof.

Pretty sure mu7000 and above which are bigger than 49" are all proper 10bit. Have had a look at 6000 series vs 7000 series of 55/65" instore and you can see what's proper 10 bit by looking closely at coloured text.

could anybody guide further on this 8 bit panel... why its bad or not great for this TV?

how old are 8 bit TVs and what are the problems we will be seeing with them?
