Nice.

Very nice

Nice Price. Heat added.
For those who are wondering, it's an 8-bit panel.

Lol - I always play a guessing game on which post number I will find the words 8 bit or 10 bit in.

to be fair to them though they aren't moaning about it like normally happens, anyone buying at an 8 bit price point wont pay the £500+ extra for a 10 bit that's for sure.

Well, it is a pretty important bit of info for HDR TV that many companies leave out.

Great price, incredibly tempted. What's the difference between this and KU6000?

is this TV available in a smaller size, 40 inch

Aren't there some deals on this very site for some.

I did say it was a super quick search, will look into it when I sit to actually buy the TV. Thanks for checking that's exactly what I wanted

How much better is this compared with the Philips 49PUS6401 49 Inch 4K Ultra HD Ambilight Smart TV deal posted yesterday at £404?

Is there a big enough difference between an 8-bit and 10-bit panel to justify the price difference?

Like an awful lot of people I need more than 3 HDMI ports but that's a bonkers price.

I have the Samsung UE49KU6400 49" which is very similar to this spec and it's a cracking TV, but I paid a heck of a lot more for it a month ago, than this deal. Stunning picture clarity and brightness (mine's hooked up to Sky HD). I'd be all over this like a cheap suit if I hadn't already made my purchase. I find that you do have to crank up the sound a bit before you get to a reasonable level, but that's something you just adjust to.

For those with flubit. They just offered this at £434. Also demands get 11% Cashback at the moment via quidco.

any special info anywhere, assume this will have a optical connection.

Currys still says 10% cashbook on quidco???

pass. no more Samsung products.

This or the Philips from Argos?

Best to check manufacturer's site as they are much less likely to make a mistake than a retailer or a random poster on an internet forum.

The only difference I can see is the older one has a standard remote control as opposed to a smart remote control and can't use Youtube 4k
The 6020 has bluetooth which the 6000 doesn't
6020 has additional freesat tuner and input
See here the comparison.

I'm also wondering how this compares to the Philips from Argos. Is this one okay for gaming?

I'll do some digging as will mainly be using for gaming so don't want no lag etc.
surly 50hz is no good for a TV this spec

I am waiting for a 12 bit panel
