Samsung 43 qled ~£699
You can also get 3% cashback via Quidco so nearly £12 saving or more if you upgrade to a bigger screen, etc
Bargain great samsung TV and Fifa 20 had to snap it up. Got the 43 inch samsung now I'll have a 50 too.
After a new tele for the living room, and increasing from 43 to 50. Can anyone recommend this? I see all sorts of technical comments on TVs on here. I just want to know, will the football look good on this & is the sound decent?

What else do most of us want from a tele?
This or the recent Hisense deals posted?

I Wouldn't.
You'll also find that most reviews say this year's Samsungs aren't as good as last year's.
Bad reviews on John Lewis for this tv.

Based off brand or specs?
Why is Apple TV listed in the title? Do you get an Apple TV device with the TV or was that meant to be a reference to the Apple AirPlay feature?
Is the apple TV a separate piece of Hardware? Is it an app?

love Samsung products but if you look at this television from anywhere other than front on then the colours in the picture are grey/dimmed//poor - unacceptable for anything other than a bedroom - this is not a settings/config issue, this is a design/manufacturing issue! That said, the features in this TV are great, throw away the Apple TV box as the functionality is built in, just cast from your iphone, love the Netflix and Amazon buttons on the remote and the interface/menu is great.

I love Samsung TV’s but I’m a little disappointed with this purchase, for a 4K tv I find it a little below par, the quality can be quite grainy there’s shadowing on certain things I watch, blurring on certain quick movement angles. Maybe it’s me and I don’t have the settings right but I’ve altered the menu so many times. Really disappointed. Hide

1 out of 5 stars
I bought this TV on the 6th June 2019 it is the worst TV I have ever had picture is frequently distorted and I am unable to get HD channels contacted Freeview who checked what I could get there was no problem with signal next step was to get an engineer to check aerial again there was no issues with it so problem is with the TV will never buy a Samsung

Bought this TV few weeks ago....but only watch it about 4 times..
Picture is not clear not sharp.
When exposed to lightings at night.. the color is totally off
Sitted at a slight angle.... can see the picture totally...

It’s the Apple TV app, no idea why people have started listing it on tv deals - I guess it’s a popular feature?
Seeing as I’m looking for a tv for the kitchen. Viewing angle is important as we won’t be in the same spot every time.

So this rules it out for me.

Great deal bought same for 449 🤕
Lack of a headphone input in a lot of these TVs. A deal-breaker for me.
Reviews are terrible for this Tv unfortunately.

There are quite a few Samsung TVs from 2018 and 2019 that are compatible with AirPlay 2 and the TV app, with a list available below:
  • Samsung FHD/HD 4, 5 Series (2018)
  • Samsung QLED 4K Q6, Q7, Q8, Q9 Series (2018 & 2019)
  • Samsung QLED 8K Q9 Series (2019)
  • Samsung The Frame Series (2018 & 2019)
  • Samsung The Serif Series (2019)
  • Samsung UHD 6, 7, 8 Series (2018 & 2019)
These TV sets can access AirPlay 2 and the TV app right now, with a firmware update required on 2018 TV models.
Yes correct late 2018 models and on, hence the newer models meaning what you have kindly listed
