The spec is exactly the same as the D8000. The only differences between the two are Purely cosmetic.

Why is this deal cold?? It looks a great price to me?
Agreed ManiZ, I believe its because its a TV and you can get deals for around 400 quid for 40+ inch, people clearly do not realise this is only last years 2nd flag ship model.
most shops selling 46" version of this for similar price so it is hot
hot price!
even it's £100 less price compare to Richer sounds@price tag

Probably because its a Samsung.....its also not a Plasma.

what a sexy tv.......HOT!!...have a Samsung 52 " LCD but this would be it's replacement

.........shame I can't afford it
Nice looking telly, shame about the stand.
Stand is brilliant, I even prefer it to the new flagships ES8000

I love the design of the top spec D range. Especially the d8000. I do have a weird thing where the bezel has to be black though.
If I could afford it I think that's what would stop me getting one.
Im very tempted by this, really want the TV but am in the process of buying a flat........ hmmmm
You need a tv for your flat :P
Live under the telly
Sweet TV and price. Should be warmer in here!

I have the 40" of this tv (55" is way to big for my lounge). The new sets are pretty ugly compared to this set. The stand is hideous and the camera sticking out of the top spoils the bezel free aesthetic.
good price but the Mrs would kill me if i bought this esp as i have just realised valentines day is tomorrow and not wednesday!

are the plasma tv's that much better? I'm wondering whether to take the plunge...

I don't know much about TV's but as far as I know, LED's have brighter more vibrant colours and use a lot less electricity. Plasma give better blacks but cost more to run. Also, a half 55" plasma would cost a fortune.
