Is it a display model? Not showing as in stock online.

Great TV but according to currys no stock in the UK.

Bought this from Currys/Pc world just before Xmas. Delivery date is the 11th. So maybe look around that date for stock?

No stock in Currys on line or shop, expecting delivery in warehouse and shops Mid Jan, been out of stock from end of Dec 2016.

It did when I went for one

I got an email from them a week ago saying no stock in the business.

If you see one come in stock, snap it up asap.

Shocked how quickly these sold out after going on sale at Christmas, you wouldn't think a £900 TV would from multiple retailers. Richersounds and John Lewis have completely removed the 55" ver from their site.

John lewis have more in as I reserved one about a week ago and it's being delivered on Thursday. they said once backlog is cleared they will be back on the site.

Thinking about getting one of these does anyone know it the units still have back panel separation problems or if anyone on here has had the problem and if theres still picture stutter? Many thanks.

Great TV. Also love the smart remote, it controls my V6 box, Apple TV and soundbar.

Yes it still has back panel separation problems on some sets. It's basically held together with double sided tape and as the set heats up it can be prone to separate. Not a deal breaker though.
The stutter seems to be user and panel specific. I have the KS8000 and experienced stutter twice in the football today, but I'm still tinkering with the settings and trying to give the panel a chance to bed in.

As long as the back panel wont leak too much light and affect the picture and it wont fall off thats fine lol.
Can the double sided tape be replaced easily if the corners go?
One last one is the stutter really bad and does it affect console games?
Cheers Lazy

From what I have read. The stutter only comes into play when upscaling 1080i.
Richer sounds will have more in next week as well. I reserved one on Saturday.

Cheers dojoh keep me posted if the sets any good if possible. Many thanks everyone

Its a brilliant set once you set up the screen properly. My mate bought the 60" on my recommendation and we used the rtings recommended settings. Its that good I ordered the 55" for myself to replace my 2 year old LG 49" 4k set.

Spoke to Currys today - stock due in within weeks. But my big question is: will this go up or down in price with brexit?

reserved one 2 weeks back at richer, and the guy in the shop said that all the reps from tv companies, have told them that prices could go up by as much as 30% after brexit.

Richer have them in the warehouse. Placed my order today for delivery Monday

This was £850 in currys last week or so

Price has now gone back up at both currys and richer.

Also funny that no where would allow it to be reserved when I tried or tried to ask if I could put on order.

Richer sounds had no issue doing it for me
