Really?? Any past experience??

Yes, they use the same name and address as an Amazon store, based out of Blackburn. When I emailed the Amazon seller, they stated they were aware of them using their detail;s to appear legitimate but that they were not the same people. Hurr Tech Ltd sell low value items only.

Also, if you pay by credit card, they will email you stating their system is down and request a bank transfer.

Cheapest on Amazon is £491, submitted a cheeky price match request.

John Lewis will only match places with a high street presence.

Well you say that, but John Lewis did a price match for me when the co-op/ebay had 20% promo code for a 4k Samsung 50" smart TV for £324 at Christmas.
This is Scorchio!!
Does this Samsung model suffer from bad light bleed ? I’m sure that this is the one

49" model
This or the Hisense N6800 50" at £419 (if still available)?

Easily this, it's worth at least £600

8bit though, lower peak brightness, 1 year v 5 year warranty.... Its a very good price for the Samsung, but the Hisense on paper offers more.
Can someone please clarify if this is true HDR?
Also what is the refresh rate of the panel?
Anyone who owns this who can share an opinion as well?

Forget about 8 bit, I wouldn't worry too much about Samsung panels. I've owned one since 2009 and still runs solid! Also hisense is only available at Costco and it's subject to availability depending on your location
65" is still 1000+ , are they ever going to come down??

Just called ebuyer and they only offer the 1 year warranty. That is putting me off buying the TV from them.
Good price, but no 5 year warranty!

Thanks for the heads up
Is this a price error as seems cheaper than the 49 inch

The lack of a 5 year warranty is a big negative. I have an LG UF850 and as good as it is, its currently in for its second screen replacement. This is why the 5 year warranties are so important as these TVs are almost always made cheap, no matter the brand, or the selling price.

Hisense will 8 bit too.

8+2 on the Hisense.
Quite surprised this only has 3 hdmi ports, for a mid range model I'd have thought 4 was bare minimum.

Anyone have experience of streaming from a WD My Cloud to a Samsung TV? Currently using a Fire Stick with Kodi to stream since my Toshiba set doesn't like certain file types, wondering if Samsung's fare better with a variety of video/audio decoding.
