had my heart set on a 65" but was willing to settle for 60". I recon the picture on this could be better than the hisense tv's in my budget. So think this might be the best of both size and picture?
Is this better tham ru7020 model ?
Does anyone have any idea of how this stacks up against the Hisense on Richer Sounds that was posted earlier? richersounds.com/tv-…tml

Samsung offers warranty that runs next to the currys one. its 5 or something years so don't worry about it. You just need to handle this directly with them.

aa damn my bad. that was in my country not in the UK... BUT :

EU law also stipulates that you must give the consumer a minimum 2-year guarantee (legal guarantee) as a protection against faulty goods, or goods that don't look or work as advertised. In some countries national law may require you to provide longer guarantees.
Yep just checked their site 12 months that's terrible

I've tried that but it's already on a discount, they won't budge. even tried to do a price check for a model that was a bit cheaper a week ago and just told me to fuck off and gave me silly excuses that they are not a trusted UK company. not wasting time with them anymore :)))

The 55" came down to £315 last week, and paying £124 for an extra 3 inches doesn't seem worth it (add joke here)

super low chances to get that price again. was only available for a dozen items on Ebuyer then they quickly raised the price.
They did the price drop just to add attention to their Black Friday general sale.

Had a chat with them and they've said that it won't come back at that price but somewhere around 400 pounds. Also no other shops will price match it as they've started refusing people in doing that during the 315 pound deal.

It's the most basic Samsung model, no 10bit colour, no 100hz panel. It's not going to be amazing for a PS4 pro. But it's a cheap TV..

Exactly, you get what you pay for, actually, the input lag seems above average. Can't see why the bobble heads don't snap it up, a lot of tv for their Universal Credit.
